I think they have a wrong decision because all we know that every project has different mechanics and features so they will have different result. So don't compare diffrent project for itself. It is true that many project are going to failed but for me bounty is good source of income the best way to do it is find and choose your bounty campaign well make some research and study.

Few of my colleagues told me they quit bounty because many new projects are finding it very difficult to reach soft cap and those who manages to reach softcap ends up listing on ridiculous exchanges because of listing fee, a part of me feels like they are right because if a new project fails to aim for top exchange its game over, the question now is why promoting new projects then?
Actually it vary project to project. Not all project is failed or scam. But yes now a days project failed percent is high than before.you have to choose the right project before joining bounty.you will see that few project get listed in exchanger before the bounty distribution. Because project and there team member is good enough thats why they get listed early.so better to choose bounty wisely

New meaning " hope ", there's chance to grow up. Scam bounty and listing on ridiculous exchanges is our risk, no one know what happen. I believe many people still stay here but with another purposes, not for bounties but to built their own business. Many blog/ web use information in this forum for their articles and that's free. So you only need to find another positive thing from this forum. Just like that and good luck to you.

ICOs don't really much have choice, top tier exchanges charge hefty fees, if they try to get listed there, it would take away most of their funds. So they stay with mid-low tier exchanges.

Promoting new projects is actually nothing wrong. But new projects have a lot of scams and con artists. Many fail and do not reach softcap due to scammers, so bounty hunters and investors stay away from new projects with unclear goals and vision and mission.
The projects we have to support are new projects that do have the potential for the future with unique innovations that can benefit everyone. I am still looking for a new project and researching it, but if you want it is easier you can read a solid thread about fraud / scam projects in this forum.

Because the market is still young, we still have a room for new projects, the key here is persistency coming from the developers, honesty, and transparency I have seen some good projects that failed even though the platform looks good because the team behind them are not honest and persistent enough.

One the difficulty is when the allocated funds is not enough to continue the process, listing is part of allocation and after that bounty rewards takes time before being distributed to the participants. Short funding results to scam or failed market. You need to assess very well and not to stop researching once you participate to any projects it will be a waste of time failing to work with your supported teams if they ends up nothing.

There is nothing wrong with promoting new projects, crypto is still at a very young age so we need new coins with better features but the problem is too many scammers are making new projects to look bad and now many investors don't trust them much

the hope is of course getting maximum results, because before that it went well and there were no problems about the exchange, fees, or low prices. At this time the altcoin season is falling, coupled with the sinking of ico / ieo, making it clear that 2019 is a failed year. 2020 will remain like this if our attitude is still the same, which is passive towards the market. I mean to make the market always grow, be it ico or coin, it must always be active in its trading volume.

What you are saying is the truth that is happening right now and it cannot be denied that a period of fraud has occurred. many ways that people do by looking for a momentary profit, continue to create new projects with a mode that can be ascertained is the personal benefit of investors who join. does not guarantee a successful project and has been listed on the exchange will produce good things, because their intention is only looking for profit, so that tokens after ico actually fall once resulting in investor losses.

With the current market condition I think it's really hard for a project to survive so as a bounty hunter you should only promote a project that you think have a concrete plan or marketing strategy to attract investors. In addition, the project should be solving real-life problems in order to be useful in the future as it will increase demand for the coin and your work will be paid off.
as a project developer, he must make things complete and structured. they must plan big things that certainly make sense to happen. a useful platform is the most important thing because it can make the project have a future if they succeed in attracting users

Not all projects have all failed, but indeed most who failed because of the lack of project developers themselves in thinking to attract investors, but I think there are still many successful projects. but most of the projects are failures, even some of my friends have retired to become bounty hunters, because it is already difficult to produce, even if you insist on staying. it's like gambling, sometimes if you are lucky, you can get money even though not much. even some new IEO projects don't look good either.

The best solution is to avoid bounty projects that reveal they are going on exchanges like p2pb2b, latoken, dcoin, idax etc because the result will be heart breaking, sometimes bounties won't reveal the exchange until they bounty campaign is over

The main problem here is that majority of the bounty hunters does not have a clue what they are advertising and so is the reason you tend to end up promoting scam projects and even if the project has some good promising stuff you tend to trust the team as they are able to respond to every query and the purpose of the project is not to list the coins in top exchanges but to produce results and if that happens then it will automatically get listed.

you should know if your self also agree with what they say. . if yes then you should not doubt to follow thier advice but if you think that there is still hope on joining a bounty then better say to your friends that you will continue alone. even me myself i do believe that the state of bounty can still recover on the future which means its not forever that every bounty will end up listed ln bad exchanges . soon they can also be add on top tier exchange and you can now sell your coins at a highe rate

I couldn't agree more with your friends. But not every project were a failed ones, there were a good ones as well. But finding the good projects to promote is like looking for a needle in a haystack. You got that right, it's that hard. Not to mention the majority of bounty hunters didn't give a damn if such projects are shady as hell, as long as the payments looks damn good, then they're in.

I don't think like this, because it cannot only be seen from one perspective. You have to look at the whole starting from the transparency and credibility they have. At that time I had participated in a bounty that had targeted listing on large exchange while the campaign was running. Everyone was very enthusiastic about that and finally it ended very well. So, what I mean here is not to judge them badly from the promises they gave, because that can happen if they have a mature plan and good management. Of course, to know it all you need in-depth research by yourself.

Most new projects do this to encourage people to participate more in bounty, but after people learn the information listed at those exchanges, then the project will certainly not be respected by the participants. Personally, I hate to spend a lot of time on a shit project but this is the risk that hunters take when participating. Of course this is something that not everyone can tolerate and there are sure to be many articles denouncing the project so it is best to consider carefully before spending a lot of time on a project.

most bounty hunters also think that way now. however, we can know that a project is really appropriate when they have collaborated with large companies and have a great team. in this case, not all projects have poor quality. Even though so far there have been so many projects that have made the bounty hunter disappointed, but I am pretty sure that among many projects today, there are several projects that are truly worthy, and provide good returns.

like playing the lottery they all try their luck, if it doesn't work then try again and hope one day what you do can produce something. It is truly ironic that the current bounty is for luck, not merely the need for crypto for broader and advanced marketing. Your friend is right,,, but that is only if you are talking about projects that only want to speculate. Good projects are still around for sure, but they hardly go for endless bounty that uses low value bounty activities. Now, people prefer to develop and develop, build community a little, and then go for equity fundraising, with the bounties just airdropping for small activities that are useful to the project. So the idea here is,,, find a good project that does not intend to just list for speculation.
