When I was choosing bounties I always asked myself if I am potential user of their product or do I know anyone who could find their product useful. If the project doesn't solve any real life problems, then spending time with bounties is probably just wasting time.

It's indeed a truth that bounty hunting is not always lucrative and there is possibility of working in vain. But you need to think of the possibility of earning more in some great projects. I agree that a huge percentage of projects may fail and others may list in ridiculous exchange, but a few would bring smiles to your face.

I dont think bounty is over, its just become really hard to find good project with good payment amount. I know its hard to tell you to keep working in bounty, but i suggest you to do more research about each project on many source before join them. In this way, you can choose the most potential, low risk program and earn more.

Not all projects have all failed, but indeed most who failed because of the lack of project developers themselves in thinking to attract investors, but I think there are still many successful projects.

There are still bounties that are paying. Just like a weekly payment came from yobit and other bitcoin bounty services. But in altcoin bounties, i think only few bounties pay us. Most of them don't reach the soft cap while others are scamming the participants. They deceive the pool or they cut the bounty allocation. Well, it is hard to trust bounties today my friend. It is good, so less participants will join and then the bounty rewards will be higher than before lol. it's sure that it's difficult to actually find the "successful" projects especially this year, but if your friends think like that than they are just lazy and should not get the reward in the first place because they don't want to take the risk.

in that year there were indeed many people who wanted to be part of the bounty campaign because the results provided us with ample funds. but at the moment the thing that can produce is daily trading and also investment, maybe the trend has changed and now we must be able to adapt to current conditions

Not a good idea either. Right now, the surviving projects are gambling sites so I would rather invest in it than any other projects. Even bounty hunting and investing on other coins is not profitable.

Absolutely. Bounties are generally a waste of time.

Especially when you work so hard and then they completely backstab you with KYC requirements that were never mentioned in the first place, that is the extent of the dishonesty that is involved with altcoin bounties in this current climate.

Anyhow, unless you thoroughly enjoy what you are doing, the rewards are barely worth your time.

It's like when you are done or failed with the project based you're working with, you have to look for another one. And the hope remains for every bounty hunter that there shall be a project that will save out of all those frustrations that they've with by joining the failed ones.
That's the probable normal cycle and belief we've got now.
