Is bitcointalk one of the biggest forums around in terms of registered members or what?  If it isn't, I would imagine it's close.  I know most of the accounts here are inactive, but there still are a f-ton of active members and a lot of great discussion flows from that--even with all the shitposting nonsense.  That's incredible IMO.  And sometimes it's even the shitposters sparking the discussion by making threads that can turn out to be very interesting.  I don't think that without signature campaigns and bounties that the forum would be quite what it is right now.  Just sayin'.

Thanks to everyone who have been a part of this great community and have been thriving hard everyday till now to make this forum stand on top without losing its quality. Being here for over 2 years is such an immense pleasure and I have been learning something new each day from here right from the way how btc has evolved and some of the important events which took place in the history of early bitcoin days.

Thank You satoshi, gavin, sirius, theymos, BadBear, Cyrus and others administrators (if there are any and I have left out) who have made and managed this place to become a great piece of history over time. Probably the next 10 years would be of a great run with bitcoin being known to many of the people all over the world.

A forum build around a superior product that will change the world as we know it....

A very good group of people started it and make it what it is today, many sane and awesome people followed and helped with expanding this place, it truly is an honor to been involved and helped around at this amazing place, I hope to keep contributing when and where I can!

I have faith that this forum will remain to be a healthy place for as NEWBIE’s in BTC world as for VETERANS.

For everyone that’s contributing and posting with good moral, integrity and best intentions keep doing what you do and for theymos ..... you are doing an awesome job in here, I can imagine the problems and PM’s etc you have to deal with....

Obviously, the biggest forum related to Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies in general, but no where near the biggest forum in general. Sites like digitalpoint, warriorforums, and IGN have almost double. Then there's probably a few others like the Minecraft related forums, and obviously if you count Yahoo answers etc. However, when comparing how long all the others have been around for I would say its pretty impressive.

I haven't got exact figures because I'm not registered on anything else. However, IGN's Wikipedia page says 4.2 million registered users.

In the ten years of journey I've been traveling for 3+ years on this forum. It was really a big thing that happened in my life. Through the forum learned as well as earned which made me prosper in wealth and knowledge. I wish each and everyone of the forum the 10th year wishes. Hoping for better years ahead with the forum.

Given the unregulated nature of cryptocurrency and how commercialized everything around it has become, I believe the administration of this website deserves a special congratulations for keeping the forum up and running for 10 years with so much interest and

It's amazing to me how uniquely this community has developed, with it's own web of trust and unique forum features, all built on a forum engine with a design many would call outdated. And yet, there still is a constant influx of users sustained in the very same forum satoshi first talked about bitcoin.
