This is good news for Electroneum, recently the team has been releasing very good updates. As experienced as David Bull is, I really think him being an advisor is a good step to tackle financial inclusion. Does this mean Electroneum has as one of its project objectives to foster delivery of financial services to disadvantaged segments of the society? As you can see that the electroneum token still become a useless token. I see no point to hire him. The developer itself can bring a good update to the token to make it useful for all.

There must be an objective for ETN to hire a better person than him especially to discourage the possibility for ETN token to be injected with the utility usage. We know that ETN is a garbage coin right now. This must be changed to give a better future for ETN.
