It's not easy to set our mind and control it because when we play gambling, we are tempted to play over and over. Most gamblers don't know how to set targets in gambling, and many of them are playing because they want to gamble on that day. But some of them can make a plan before they gamble, and that makes them can set the limit to play.

If you can win, you should make a fast decision to stop gambling and withdraw the money because if you stay in that gambling site, that could make you want to play one round. When you play one round, you will forget that you need to stop gambling and leave the places, but you didn't do that.

Controlling your mind to know the limit of the money that you should use in gambling, to know when you must stop gambling, and leave the places will be an important thing that you should have. With having an effort to try, you will be able to control your mind.

Exactly, it should be our mind that will take care of everything, not our emotion as that would likely lead us to a bad decision making.

Controlling ourself is not really easy especially if you're in the middle of the game and the situation is giving you excitement or pressure to win. Having a set capital to spend is a good practice to prevent ourselves spending too much of what supposed to. We cant set aside are emotions during this time but if you have discipline you're aware of your limitation and able to stop if needed.

We should make it compulsory to make our mind to plan for the gambling. Going without any plan can give you a lot of loss. I have seen and heard people becoming bankrupt because of gambling and some even commit suicide because they have no money left with them. Yes, winning excitements and losing frustrations are the core reasons why gamblers are unable to control their mind. It is just an emotional failed situation and we had lots of discussions here about how cruel emotional failure will lead to. greed is the roots of all failure in gambling and even in Trading,not being contented in small profit instead looking for more and more so in the end?losing is what they've got and that is the sad reality of life.
we can easily say or advice others the right behavior for gambling but we cannot even do it our self.

Most of the time where people get out of control is they got already so attached with gambling. Greediness take over their minds that they can't think properly, they only want to win what they have lost. It's really effective to compose yourself before, during and after. Before gambling, set your limits. During, when you lose, try to calm yourself and stay concentrated on playing. Don't focus your attention on the money you have lost. suicide stories are real facts and not only made  up infact majority of them are always got featured on the national t.v or on radio's   . may these suicide stories give us a lesson that we shouldnt end up our live's because of this gambling mistake's  because every gamblers can still change at the end  . gambling with a control midset is always possible if we can organize oursleves ( e.g by putting timers , setting aside eneough money ,etc ) by doing these simple things , we cant indulge ourselves to play more  .

Personally I battle fear and emotion when gambling however since I changed my mindset to gambling with the amount of money I can afford to loss then I overcome those fears, i.e mindset controlled  I just gamble for fun now knowing fully well that whatever money I made from it is extra income to buy some little stuffs I also took time to analyze my bettings just to avoid betting blindly although it is a 50:50 chance nevertheless I play it with a set rules.

I wonder if "most" gambling sites allow people to gamble with bot. Ofcourse, I know people bet with bot on regular basis, but my point is to see if addicts can be encouraged to play with bot  while they rest for sometimes and allow their bodies to heal from the addition.

It is a fact that you will be tempted to gamble if you see some fancy odds but then again you can control the amount of money you are willing to risk, i am not a big risk taker when it comes to gambling and i will never spent more money for my leisure but there is nothing wrong in wagging small amounts which i usually does and majority looses their money thinking about making a profit, i never consider these as a quick rich scheme.

in what way to limit that? especially if the person is a heavy gambling addict, in my opinion the person needs a therapy, so that the person can choose when to stop (limit) so as not to spend all his money when profit or when losing. if not an addict, just a gambler, it might be easy to do that thing because from the beginning have mindset would not play too far (play safe) can limiting the amount of money and avoid spending a lot money.

This is what I'm doing when I decide to put some of my funds to gamble. Before I'm doing it, I will put my mind to a mindset that I will loss all of my funds. This will not work to other people but that worked for me. Yes I lose most of the time but still I controlled myself by not reacting anything as I lose my money into gambling. I'm still ok and will feel the same either I win or lose. That is how I think.

Set your target~ before a days gambling you should have in mind what you want to win or what you can afford to lose its easier send than done I know but with constant practice you might just develop the mindset.

Get engaged in other things~ other than this helping out it can also fetch you funds that can be used for gambling or any other uses.

Have time to enjoy your winnings~ I don't know if its also happens to anyone, when you you gamble
And you immediately win a sum that was above your expectations if this happens you can try enjoying your winnings and then latter come back

These are some of the good things that gamblers must do in order to control themselves because gambling is a game where the chances of losing are higher than the chances of winning (in my experience).
