Honestly, do you guys think cryptocurrencies will be gone anytime soon?

I haven't been trading my bitcoins and cryptos since this year begins, but I have noticed that the hype train is slowing down since then, compared to last year. I want some honest opinion about the future outlook of BTC or crypto per se. Should investors invest in it ?

First and foremost, you should understand that in the world of investment it is always better that you understand the purpose of whatever you are investing in and its profit margin.  You should personally spend time to analyze the crypto market rather than relying on what people share and say. it better to invest in what you have enough knowledge about rather than following what people think is best to invest in.  To find out whether you should in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, you should spend time analyzing the entire crypto market.

Do not just invest because of sentiments, you should invest if you fully understand how it works and its potential in the market. Most of people doesn't understand what they are doing and it causes them huge losses. You should know what cryptocurrencies that you are buying in order for you to make profit. Knowledge is important and it can help you to protect your capital. Allocate your time in studying what investment that you will do and you should also consider the possibilities that may occur for you to create a plan.

Maybe keep go on for bitcoin exist if price increase to higher price, but when bitcoin and altcoin have lower price who want to trust and keep investing with crypto assets, any one want to get lost with bitcoin or altcoin? I think no one want to participated if bitcoin look not increase to higher price, better when you got profit with your altcoin assets sell it and re investing again after altcoin have lower price.

It wouldn't just continue existing due to its price but also consider the fact that we need adoption from it. These altcoins popping out from their ICOs/IEOs pretty much depends sometimes in Bitcoin in price and that becomes like a mark that any cryptos would continue to exist even if some projects that turned up to be a scam hurts it.

people are too lazy and naive reading and level up their knowledge.
those people who involved in bitcoin these days seems understand nothing but expecting to get rich in no time. that is why when they faced a situation like we are facing right now where the market under pressure to go low everyday.
that time people making a lot of excuses and revealing doubts also queastioning something like this.

cryptocurrency space is more than just a currency , it has been developed to something that will be utilitized in the future, used by modern people to make things simplier and break what we called as a broken system currently.

Well, apart from that, investing or not, it depends on the needs of each person who uses bitcoin, or altcoin. some people have come out of it, and some have just enjoyed this technology. to be honest, I think that bitcoin and altcoin are still very worth. it all depends on needs. I'm sure crypto growth will get better, and more needed. besides, if you really pay attention to developments, the price of bitcoin goes up from $ 3000 at the beginning of the year, to the current $ 7000 price (although it has been declining since June)
