It looks like the faucethub microwallet script was released at
https://hostingforbtc.com/fhmw-v1-full-script/This is the script that mexicantarget (faucethub dev/admin) mentioned in the official post on faucethub.
On the hostingforbtc site with the script, it appears that the server implementation is above my head as far as setting up a server and running a doge node, etc.
If anyone has recommendations for VPS hosts that are suitable per the setup guide (on the hostingforbtc.com blog) and related advice would be great!
