Are there some good websites that compare fees of cryptos per transaction.

After some googling I can only find half hearted references such as

most people here can testify that btc withdrawal transaction fees can go as high as $10 while the cheapest can be around $4 with trading exchanges.

I think the fee comparison is not very important for me personally. Because some crypto only exists in 1 or 2 exchanges which certainly do not differ much in terms of transaction fees. What is certain is that I will convert to XLM or LTC in the case of withdrawing a coin, and surely that I always do to outsmart the high cost of bitcoin transactions since 2017.

There is no list for this but you can get an updated data from this site: https://bitinfocharts.com/dogecoin/
Scroll down and find an average transaction fee.
It does not cover all of the cryptos but it gives you an updated data daily.
BTC, ETH, XRP, BCash, BSV, LTC, Monero, Dash, ETC, Doge, and Zcash.

I have used this site a lot but the data is not updated since August. Bitstamp withdrawal fees are not free, anymore. BTW, the alternative site has useful tools for calculating the fees:  https://www.feexplorer.io/calculator#

There are some projects that have no transactions fees whatsoever like Nexty which effects transactions under two seconds. As for top blockchains,  Stellar is still the best.

Well, for Bitcoin you can check this: https://coinb.in/#fees
A simple and normal transaction (1 input, 2 outputs) needs about 2 cents. Of course, when the network gets more busy, the numbers increase too.

No idea about whether there is a comprehensive list or not. I don't even think that there is a point to creating such a list, because of the fact that these sort of data has a very short shelf life before they are rendered outdated.

There are cryptos where you can send transactions for completely free of charge, like IOTA, so theoretically they should be the cheapest.

However, it shouldn't be the only factor that you take into account when deciding which crypto to invest/transact with. You also need to look at liquidity, spreads, and other fundamentals.

You are very right that that fee is very wrong. Monero fee is only 0.2 cent. that is more then 1000 times less then what you posted.

I like doge also, even on inter-exchange. But if you are using your own bitcoin core wallet, you can set your fees in few satoshis only.
Very convenient using bitcoin core and you don't have to worry about those high fees.
