I think that amidst all the market chaos that we're currently going through, it's important to remind ourselves that we've already been through hell and worse.

My top events:

2008: First whitepaper comes out by this random guy named Satoshi Nakamoto

2011: First big competitors such as Litecoin start to emerge

2013: First BTC ATM launches in a coffeeshop in Canada

2016: Steam videogame platform starts to accept BTC

2017: Bitcoin hits $19K.


What are your top/low moments?? 

This would be a great reminder for those investors who are very close to giving up already. Bitcoin has been through many ups and downs for the past couple of years but still it was able to survive and outshine all the other crypto existing. It was able to hold its place on the very top amidst experiencing crisis and criticism by different people all over the globe. This should be a reminder to us that bitcoin, even after going down so hard, can still recover its value and get back to its composure of having a very large equal amount and make its enthusiasts benefit the most sooner or later.

What are your top/low moments?? 

I have so many ups and downs since I started here, but unfortunately, I have not recorded all of it, not only on Bitcoin but altcoins too, I have not completed the ten years since I entered the community halfway through but I did experience, it's the best time when Bitcoin hit it's all-time high, I guess this is everybody's favorite all-time ups so far, hopefully next year will present us another milestone.

Well honestly I don't agree that these ups and downs went accordingly to the year by year because all I remember is that these actually went very abrupt suddenly even 3-4 things in 1 day .
It's not a simple chart it is super complicated, we cannot even start thinking about the price chart you would see how it changes every hour , considering the competition if bitcoins I think that was a good thing , it made people engage in bitcoins even more.

I am having trouble finding the exact dates but around 2014 casinos that accept Bitcoin started appearing, and it was also a big boost of adoption we should not forget about. Some of the casinos made back then are still active and trusted (FortuneJack and Crypto-Games, for instance). I would also add a downside of September of 2018 when a bug that seems similar to the one way before and so in a sense a critical bug was discovered: https://www.coindesk.com/the-latest-bitcoin-bug-was-so-bad-developers-kept-its-full-details-a-secret. Luckily, it was fixed in time, and everything got back to normal. But that was a close one.

I entered in the market last 2017 which is the bull trend for cryptomarket - bitcoin and that is my peak trend and after that roller coaster ride was happen until this day still experiencing a big pump and dump. Despite of the trend I still have no regrets about bitcoin, and this temporary dump will make us stronger just keep buying and wait for the momentum of bitcoin again, this is not the end of bitcoin and stop panicking for the next years here.

Basically those who fell so panic about the price of Bitcoin are those new to the market. Because they cannot see the opportunity why the market is declining again. Soon, an opening would be a great time for us to accumulate bitcoin.

Would it be better if we invest on the lower price of bitcoin? Because as you says, since the market price is continuing to go down, it is better to find other investment platform. But in fact, it is best to invest on the lowest price of bitcoin.

You are correct, you do not know anything about technical analysis.  The charts are saying bitcoin is going WAY DOWN in price, this past couple weeks drops are just the beginning.      You will see Bitcoin below 1000.00 before you know what happened 📉📉📉📉

For me, 2017 was the most mentionable regarding this platform, when the price was high then it was like a dream for me, like me, Nobody couldn't expect such type of price because of the price was increasing within a very short time, Though at that time I hadn't enough Bitcoin whatever the case was I enjoyed a lot at time. but it's very surprising that Bitcoin price didn't touch that milestone yet, Day by day Bitcoin price is not becoming a stable rather than volatile, I hope this problem will be solved in the coming days and I will get another rememberable day for this platform.

Well i don't find it surprising that btc is struggling to even sustain half 2017's value. What happened then was not exactly natural for any market movement and it's bound for an extended recoil because of that. The fact that we've managed to hit 10k this year would be something to be thankful already, i think since 2019 could have been a lot worse.

low moments I will regret forever is selling my coins cheap  in  2012
not talking about pizza-style 10.000 btc , but it is painful every time I remember it , heh life goes on though and bitcoin did amazingly well through the years
despite ups and downs it is the most performing asset , beating gold and many other popular stores of value
my hope that in several years we look back at today's prices and say something like : wow I actually could gave bought it for 5.000$ " 
and of course we all would love to see it hit 6 digits figures one day , hope is there despite all the price ups and downs

Why is 2019 not on your list? this year is the best so far when it comes to better adoption, JPmorgan, billgates etc now into crypto and bill event accepted that btc is better than currency, this year is full of good news and ATM is now in thousands, adoption is a slowly steady growth and 2020 will be better

They're frustration will gone if they know that bitcoin's volatile price. at the start that price are still changing day by day and nothing has changed until now. with this situation we need to know more than worrying the price in the market so we are aware in the next downfall. just observe now and accumulate more when its needed.

Indeed, it means the adoption is improving as the day passes by despite of having some difficulties when it comes to it's price. We know that there are a lot of people doubting it's capabilities and potentialities but bitcoin remains great and up until now it was able on giving us benefits and opportunities, no wonder why people these days are learning to open their minds when it comes to digital currency. Maybe they have finally realized it's potentialities and the advantage on using it.

That's wrong mate, Bitcoin will rise again just like it does everytime and I think you are either new or you have not been active in the crypto market all these while as there has been similar situations in the past but Bitcoin has thrived every single time. Just wait for couple of month to see the other side of bitcoin as well as you are too quick to judge the market situation.

The best-proven strategy for regarding BTC as a store of value:
1. Late 2017 - the breakfast TV celebrities starting to talk about how awsome is BTC (literally a couple of days before the price began falling down).
2. Late 2018 - OMG BTC is dead, it is a scam (and then price just shortly after started rebounding).

I think it is important to forget about the historic prices and price movements, and look at Bitcoin in the modern world economy. Bitcoin miners, Bitcoin users, and Bitcoin speculators have changed considerably. The world markets and the trust in fiat currencies have also changed. You need to make your investment decisions on the current facts, and not on old prejudiced views.

Bitcoin price is not stable and we need to understand that it's price is volatile all the time. From 2009 to now there is many changes on the market and drastic fall and decent bump also we found in the marketplace.
We people have to think about the right time to invest and take the returns.
