Well obviously there has been a change in your phone or in app, maybe they have some problems on their side also. The best thing you can do is ask their support on Twitter, FB, Reddit, and other social media.

When syncing takes too long or does not complete, try the following steps to correct the issue:
Force close the app and try again;
If you are using mobile data, switch to wifi and vice versa;
Move to a different location in your house or office to get a better signal;
Try again using a different internet connection in a different location
Syncing takes 30 minutes or more and your phone’s screen must remain on the BRD app to ensure syncing completes.
