A small, accurate BTC tail how Micg handled his business Cheesy

*So, as many have experienced the pressure of BEARS and FUD.... Price going down.... Yeah, I was as most of the people just running away, dodging bullets, seeking more and more advice etc     (sometimes at wrong places.... so don't easily take every news or advice for granted and always keep doing research)

*After more learning about BTC and its fundamentals and gaining some good advices.... an important moment occur, fear of price drops, running and the thought of dodges some losses went away (with dodging I mean every red dildo fear and every bounce-back relief.... just the wrong way of living it)

*While many still getting chased by FEAR of losing a dime..., though there long enough in the mix to have learned and understand its just the market being runned on supply, demand, buying and selling etc nothing new to see anyway

*Now, time to take it easy and rethink strategies while newbs still getting chased by the market the should embrace Cheesy

*Find some moments to relax, having a drink, observing the market from a distance but keep staying invested and HODL with much more confidence..

*While the shit show keeps going, I will not fall into financial emotion cause of losing FIAT net worth as I learned 1BTC = 1BTC no matter what happens, and thats where my future is based on, so keep watching the newbs getting chased and rekt by FUD and BEAR attacks.

*I have witnessed and saw people getting rekt, I told many about BTC and clearly said to studie and learn, not thinking its a get rich quick scheme, some have listened and even while losing in FIAT terms they believe stronger as ever (that are new born strong hands), I have people seen losing money whiteout understanding and doing it all wrong, and I have seen people who are HODLing and being up... So all kinds of people I do know, most important is do not be the ones losing a lot whiteout any understandings and do not think its a get rich quick scheme!!!!

*Always keep your mind on the game, don't get fooled by market behavior, don't get played, don't end REKT

*Instead be prepared with good knowledge and understanding why to buy BTC when it dips or to buy BTC whenever its possible and comfortable with the live style you currently run.... (Always keep living the live you have and don't go on only bread and water.....life is too short to forgo!!!)
If so then HODL with me and other committed BTC-HODLers and drown the FUD, BEARS and whatever they try to scare some on-knowing people Cheesy

Bottomline as a new person involving himself with BTC, just start with the most easy part of buying some and learn how to store it on the safest way......

Then start learning every day cause there is always new stuff to learn, and when your able to understand why your buying and HODLing whiteout being affected cause of price movements yeah thats the moment you becoming a true BTC'er !!!

XhomerX10 designed my nice avatar HATs!!!!!  Thanks Bro

That's how we roll.
By the way I write it B&H.

You can't make profits from the next day itself since you invested in bitcoin it will take time maybe weeks or even years so be prepared for it to face in meanwhile.
What profit you are talking about? HODL!!!!

Those who held so far made the most of the profit. Imagine someone bought bitcoin at $100 or less and held those coins till now instead of selling them at $105 or even $200.

If you can not afford to hold then you are not a bitcoiner. Yes you will spend if this is really necessary but do not spend them for those shitcoins LOL

Real Bitcoiner will HOLD and will never panic in such situations. There are times when you need to sell because of some emergencies but generally a person who do not have full trust in bitcoins, sell it in bear markets and always complain.

I do not believe the option to hodl or not to do so decides who a true bitcoiner is, we all have preferences and areas we're good in. If one knows he can afford to buy bitcoins and keep them for years without worrying about the bear period, then they are good hodlers, some others do better in daytrading and some people sell off to cut their losses.

I do hodl, and I advice people to do same, but rather than hodl and lose sleep whenever there's a bear market, it's better to sell off at intervals when you've made some profits at least, and buy again when it's convenient for you.

Don't think Holding always works. Considering those who are holding bitcoin and altcoins from early 2018 are still in a loss. If they had been active, they could have sold in mini bull markets and buy back cheap on major dumps. Holding and sleeping is not my way of working.

I am just curious, where do you classify new "traders" or "investors" who constantly find reasons why price went up or down?

This is the best part for me. It's the laziness or the refusal to learn that usually gets every newbies rekt.

The post reminded me of this cycle:

Take a break if you see bears. Cheesy This is what I will suggest to a newbie.

Bull is followed by a bear and bear is followed by bull means alternative breaks?

Look at the price chart of bitcoin is a long time frame

You can see the cycle of bullish and bearish from one to another, so if we are in bearish trend then bullish trend will follow for sure but no one can say when it will happen so take a break until it arrives if you want to reap profits. But bearish trend is the right time to enter as crypto investor.

Of course, as investor this moment can be good for entry and double their assets when bitcoin hitting second bullish waves till end of 2019 or at least till mid 2020 when halving because after bullish there will be find bearish moment. But, entry from this position have a risk too. Newbie don't need to follow anything if not sure with something don't understand. Learning from bearish situation like this it will be good to make you are ready fot the next market condition in the future.

This is actually an interesting and educative thread, when the price is actually going down that is not the end of it, but some people are carried by FOMO (fear of missing out), and end up making the wrong or uninformed decisions. Some people lack the mentality of exercising patients. Buying and Holding Bitcoin is actually really hard and difficult most at times but the best thing to do is to exercise patients, but some people don't sees it as the right thing to do. but this thread is actually going to motivate them and serve as an encouragement to them.

Am also still new to the forum, so as I was navigating through it that is when I come across this thread and sincerely speaking, I got to learn a lot from it. And it is also going to be beneficial to the current and upcoming newbies. And I also see that the images are out of date, so I have decided to rearranged them in an appropriate way to make it more interesting and understandable. Below is the videos
Code:
1. [img height=270]https://www.talkimg.com/images/2025/09/13/UCQC3H.gif[/img]
2. [img height=270]https://www.talkimg.com/images/2025/09/13/UCQMXI.gif[/img]
3. [img height=270]https://www.talkimg.com/images/2025/09/13/UCQmzd.gif[/img]
4. [img height=270]https://www.talkimg.com/images/2025/09/13/UCQzpP.gif[/img]
5. [img height=270]https://www.talkimg.com/images/2025/09/13/UCQNSq.gif[/img]
6. [img height=270]https://www.talkimg.com/images/2025/09/13/UCQE3j.gif[/img]
7. [img height=270]https://www.talkimg.com/images/2025/09/13/UCQ3XD.gif[/img]
8. [img height=270]https://www.talkimg.com/images/2025/09/13/UCQVp9.gif[/img]
9. [img height=270]https://www.talkimg.com/images/2025/09/13/UCQrZN.gif[/img]
10. [img height=270]https://www.talkimg.com/images/2025/09/13/UCQhdT.gif[/img]
is going to be more accurate if you fix them, since the images are updated, and a lots of people or forum members(newbies) may come across it and they actually need this kind of thread to understand the purpose of Bitcoin. After you fix them in their appropriate position I will like to translate it into my local board with your permission, so that my country people can also benefit from it.

I just came across this thread and it interesting me so much new members should always be patient enough to grow or accumulate their Bitcoin portfolio step by step and never be in a hurry since Bitcoin is all about holding for the future and we should know that as the years comes and gone so sure the fluctuation of Bitcoin will be displaying it's nature in the parallel market, if by any means Bitcoin happen to go down in the parallel market we should not panic because what goes down will surely comes up again and those members that has been taken things step by step will surely see their profits for holding in a long term.

Take a break if you see bears. Cheesy This is what I will suggest to a newbie.

Bull is followed by a bear and bear is followed by bull means alternative breaks?

In reality the bear market opens doors for purchasing of Bitcoin at a discounted price compared to various previous highs as true as this can be then I wonder why anyone would be taking a break instead buying even more? No doubt about the inexperience feeling that can affect the emotions of a newbie but with proper guidance not taking a break for a newbie will end up increasing their balancing of the emotions that comes with the market unpredictability by being ready to accept whichever that comes out of the market, no one can tell on how long a bear or bull market can last in different occurrence.

Although, that was a wrong advice unless it has a contrasting context where it will make sense.
Meanwhile, that advice was given 2019, there's actually a change of order in the crypto industry. A valid advice 2019 might be invalid today.
But taking a break during the bear is not the best of an advice, unless it was given to a day trader
