Looking for a good price for Bitcoin under market price for 30K units of Bitcoin. I know isn't the best market for it, but why not. Don't ask, don't get! I personally own a Bitcoin ATM Company and have a customer who is looking for it. I have CIS with name matching POF for all of it. Looking for OTC transfer of course. I am sure that you will not find such a volume on the forum.
Large miners, investors have long had their btc sales points. And no matter what volume you would be looking for, at a discount no one will sell you. (Only scammers). There are only resellers, and small exchangers (like me). For example, I registered a corporate VIP account on Bitstamp for my campaign in NY and sell btc to friends and acquaintances for +2% in order to cover taxes and exchange fees.
If you have so much money, then it will not be difficult for you to open a corporate account on the top exchange and buy otc volumes (Bitstamp lets us btc past the order book.)
