I'd be extra cautious about coins or tokens like that, because some of them are very easy for someone to pump and dump, because usually they're trading at a very low valuation and it doesn't take much money to do so.

If you're looking at coins that have already increased like 50% or whatever in a day, you've probably already missed the boat on them.  And I wouldn't consider shit coins to be worth your time, even if some of them could be traded in the short term for a profit.  They're very risky and you never know if there's going to be enough market liquidity when you go to sell them.

That is a manipulation that is usually done by CMC, it seems there is no cloin with a pump as much as 50% in the present condition. Even if it is coins from IEO or stable coins, everything moves in the direction of BTC-USD, if you find a coin with a 50% min pump, I think it is a lie, and only a strategy to find market interest. Why are you so sure that the site you mentioned earlier is very helpful for you to trade in the market, even though we know that a site cannot provide a 100% guarantee of what we invest and can only provide  little information about the assets we want to invest?
I think it's too dangerous if we depend on the site to invest and it's better if we analyze the Cryptocurrency assets ourselves, because the then it will be more convincing

I think the best way to determine which altcoin would explode after dips is through great observation only. There are no systems introduced yet that tells us which altcoin would increase cause if there's already one, then everybody could have stopped waiting and just sit down and wait to see which altcoin would be the best one to invest with. There are websites that gives out predictions but that doesn't necessarily mean you need to believe it right away. Not all assumptions happens the way it was predicted so be smart and observant all by yourself most of the time.

No one can provide you 100% guarantee in trading business. It is just about your feeling of the market and making risky decision. Only in this way you can earn big amounts in a shot term. Any coin today may be analyzed through it`s Telegram channel where some people may share really important insider information.

You simply can't tell for certain.

Perhaps certain indicators will help. However, when markets are going down like this on a daily basis I think the wisest thing to do is to pick a few coins with good long term fundamentals, and simply dollar cost average.

That is the safest way to go long on a coin in a bear market, imo. You're ensuring that you don't buy at the top, nor do you miss out on the opportunity to load up cheap coins.
