Did you verify the original user here by sending PryptoMontreal a PM first about their telegram ID before initiating your chat with this user? This may have been an impersonator using a similar username to scam you while the person you accuse may not be even aware of the situation.
Still, the accused account has been said to have changed hands in their trust feedback.
OP said that chatlogs were deleted. I doubt anything remains. Is that is the case then nothing can be done here due to lack of evidence.
