Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

the exchange unreasonably for false reasons freezes trade, accuses of what it did not commit. When communicating with online support, they do not even take into account well-reasoned explanations and obvious facts that the lock is false and has no basis. Talk like a wall. Keep away from this garbage and be prepared that you will be  blocked on false, invented charges that are not based on anything

One of the big concern here is they are an unregistered exchange, that means they are not compliant or monitored and this is bad for all those who do not know it because they can do anything like restricting traders without a valid reason, like what they are doing now, it's only a matter of time before they close shop and run with investor's money.
