Where did you get the bin file?
I think you can restore dash wallet if you have seeds or a backup file called wallet.dat not a .bin extension.
Do you have the wallet.dat file?

In the year 2015, the wallet with Dash Gui (simplywallet) was wallet.bin file? How i convert now?
