Although one of the things about this space is, it's unpredictable nature but yet there are coins worth holding such as ETH. ETH has proven over time to show case why it's one of the best coins in this space. Whenever there is an uptrend in the market, ETH is among the few that will surge in price, therefore in my own opinion, this means there is never a bad time to hold ETH unless you are a trader. Also, considering its news of upgrade, it also serves as a good time to hold or invest in ETH.

I can't recommendation with ethereum because still looks not worth want to higher price after down under $150, waiting ethereum could raise above $500 looks hard because keep waiting with bitcoin first and always just little change when bitcoin have higher price but keep bigger change for going down when bitcoin back with lower price too.

The best time to buy Ethereum is when Ethereum price is under $ 150..  in the past 30 days, the price of Ethereum has grown by almost 100%.. so I disagree with those who say don't buy Ethereum when the price is under $ 150.  ETH price  now is at $221 and I predict Ethereum prices will continue to rise.

If you have enough fund, I think ETH is a good or better option to invest than other new altcoins that are just hyped their prices. We all know that ETH is like BTC that already proven itself to us and how it moves when BTC moves. Hate to admit it but yeah,,, actually now Ethereum is appearing to be a better prospect than when I first looked at it. I saw it as a very centralized coin that rolled back the blockchain to overcome a hack so I thought it would eventually fail but it seems they just might do it anyway,,, and $500 will be a fair stabling price.

I have never doubt ethereum since from the start especially now that it has more useful applications compared to some other altcoins. And having known from all surveys that ethereum has always been next to bitcoin so people would always assume that if bitcoin keeps on rising, ethereum will also follow the same path.

Ethereum have shown itself to be a good coin to hold for a long-term and not just for short-term. Their upgrade which was schedule to hold and then postponed, has give more hope to those who hold its coin. Actually, I have hold some ethereum and sold before I saw a move in 2018 but, the recent moved of ethereum has proven to me that; the team have actually started working on the project and soon will get to another All Time High.

I am perplexed by the recent rise in the exchange rates of Ethereum. First of all, no major news has come out from the developers. And secondly, I am yet to witness any resurrection in the ICO market (on the other hand, with every passing day the ICOs seems to be moving one step closer to the ultimate death). And in the past when Ether had such unexplained spikes, it wasn't sustainable for long.
