I remember one ongoing scam company, Ubex AI, has used Ian Balina's image with his fake "quote" about their project without permission last year. In return, Ian Balina ranted towards Ubex AI for using his name and image to their advantage without permission on Reddit.
Right now, they are in the "delay game" to keep the faith of their poor community, only to make an exit scam later on when they're out of funds. I'm kicked out in their Telegram group because of speaking scam accusations against them recently.
To be honest, this cannot be stopped as more and more Bitcoin scam companies are emerging and might use another celebrity's name and image without prior consent.
