Scammed by 999dice

I just deposited 0.001 BTC and do same basic martingale (base bet 0.00000500 BTC) and doubled my deposit in ~400 bets (2 times 200 automatic bets and a few manual bets).
And I won 0.0011 BTC so I requested withdrawal of 0.0021 BTC and status was pending.
So I wrote in chat asking what is wait time for withdrawal to be approved and got answer that double-spending is thief and my request just canceled?! What double spending?! I just doubled money, what's wrong with it?

Just scroll down and move to that appropriate board and quoting as well to show the images.

Moving it to Scam accusation board is the best thing to do, however it is fine here in gambling board since 999dice is a gambling platform. You can just make another thread on scam accusation board. As far as I know there are already threads about 999dice, so try to add this.

I've been seeing a rally about 999dice, it is very confusing coz there are people that tells it is not a scam site and the other way around. Now that you have proof, maybe it is the time to believe that it is really untrusted, spread awareness on this one.  Looks like 999dice hate a instant doubler player.

It's weird that they're accusing the OP of double spending. The TX has been confirmed. The deposit address doesn't have any other deposits coming to it. Even if there was a double spend attempt the site should just refuse to credit the deposit. Most sites don't allow zero confirmation deposits or allow only some limited cases for example high fee non RBF TX. Accusing of double spend after the customer has won and is trying to withdraw sounds very scammy indeed.

I guess that maybe the transaction was not yet confirmed when the chat person looked at it.

(current time in my tz, same as OP screenshots, is ~20:30 so it all happened within the last couple of hours)

Chat screenshot doesn't have timestamps. It obviously happened after the withdrawal request so after the confirmation too, but maybe the person was looking at a slightly delayed block info and didn't see it yet. Or they just looked at the very quick sequence of events (17 minutes between deposit and withdrawal) and found it suspicious.

That website has a long and dodgy history. It's very surprising that it's still up and running in my opinion.

TL;DR, bets there are not verifiable in a way or standard as other -actually fair- dice sites allow for. Stay away from it like it's the plague. It's sad people keep being scammed by admins of that site.

This is one of those casinos where you are a good customer as long as you lose money. When you win, they will just steal from you. Next time you are going  to deposit coins to some online casino, do a quick google search first.
