Is morals not needed?

Would this be fit for trading discussion,reputation?. I hope and if not I will move it ASAP.

Sometimes, I observe too many insultive, abusive,foul words as responses of people to many post, I have experienced it sometimes but sincerely, it is not about me this time around. Let's agree that our IQ are not the same, and many make some embarrassing post here. Not withstanding, is morals not part of our post. Some guyz will come here reply insult and abuse and go.i imagined if there post were  counted too.
if it's by the moderators alone, it's still understandable.

Q: Someone insulted me. Why aren't you deleting his post/thread?
A: Possible (since we don't have the time or resources to check) insults are also allowed as long as they contain any kind of constructive opinion, info or something else substantial and aren't off-topic. For example, posting something like "you are dumb" will be deleted as it contains no meaningful content. However, if the post is somewhere along the lines of "You are dumb. This is wrong because this website/thread/etc. has explained it's not right", it's in most cases accepted.

Besides we all are adult enough and in a online forum if you do not have think skin then this place is not for you.

You need to realise that not everyone has the same moral compass as you... and some don't even have moral compasses at all... As I was fond of telling my ex when she would get upset because she couldn't understand why people would say and do stupid or mean things... "Everyone is not you".

Some people are nice, some are asshats... it's no real different than any other facet of life... it's just easier for people to be asshats online because they think they're anonymous and untouchable. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Heck, They don't even know how you look like 

Just ignore the mean words, they are part of the internet and you can't do anything about it. Loosen up and don't take life to seriously or else you will keep being depressed over a mere line of text.

The forum has people from all the countries of the world. Most countries have different sub-culture. You can't expect same manner, behavior, culture from all the people around the world. For instance; the culture of India & a western country will not be same. I don't know where you are from. What is an insult for you, it may be normal in other culture.
I guess these things are common in a forum. You must not get offended; if you get offended by someone's word, it's better you ignore the person.

If you are seeing useless troll replies on your threads then you can use "Report to moderator" button and report them as off-topic or any appropriate words related to why you are reporting them.

If you still not convinced then you can create "Self-moderated thread" so you can delete comments which are not under your rules.

But remember this forum provides freedom of speech so you have to learn the reality and ignore if you see something which is not necessary for you.

Unless it comes to personal insult or the dissemination of private information, I do not think it is bad, especially since we are a forum that brings together many countries with a lot of differences and cultures.
