Yes no doubt! Or we could expect much more but 19k sounds realistic in the near future. Its funny that some people predict prices without support for their predictions, for the meantime its better to stick in realistic future value than what we used to dream.

In crypto platform stable coins is stay a same level so other coins are obviously growing well on further years. But Bitcoin is a volatile crypto currency we can't predict the future uptrend on BTC, because it will grow gradually on future and sudden dump is crash the Bitcoin trust so continuous dump also occur at anytime. I hope it will cross the 19k USD on future days.

that's why I gave my link to give an explanation of my reasons, but if it happens Dump maybe it will only happen at the end of this year not early next year approaching halving, I don't want many people to believe me, but if what I say happens, i'm happy to get merit from anyone, lol

Honestly I am very careful with that. I find it strange to see so many people goddamn certain BTC will be above 19k before year 2022, I don't think it works like that. It's not a sure thing.
Bear market is very clear since July, could last several years before the bounce back in 2023-2024?

Everyone who invest in bitcoin is optimistic that the market would rally after the halving and so is the reason people still stick to the market even when the market went down considerably for a couple of years after touching an all time high valuation, if people did loose their trust in the market we would have seen further bleeding but now the market is fine and everyone is waiting for the next boom.

There are so many more developments in BTC, there is an upcoming halving, user count increases, things like the German bank issue will start happening more and more which provides a way to BTC for numerous more newbs.... many of those will buy just because there stupid bank provides it and they trust their bank   But just so many new things to enter BTC-world.

So yes I think we will go higher way faster as 2022.... but again nothing is written in stone

New ATH or close to that based on what? 10 years of BTC history clearly shows us that big pumps come about a year or a year and a half after halving. Pre-halvings effect is never something that can inflate the price, so I doubt that price can go so high as $20k before May 2020.

I don't think you can call it an anomaly if something happens a few times at regular intervals, then there is a very real chance of it happening again. I think you are focusing too much on 2017 and not looking at the overall picture, and that you do not consider possible positive events that may occur in the next 2 years. The SEC could approve the first ETF during this period, and this is something that would cause a huge price increase.

Even if that doesn't happen, it's not realistic to expect that the price of BTC will stay under $20k in the next 2 years.

You can always compare it to the way bitcoin jump in 2017 ... 1 year after the bitcoin halving occurred in 2016. That is the only proof that common people find to support their own predictions, so weak.
I would like to see bitcoin price rising more than what you can imagined if only there is a major step up in a mass adoption, one big company that even indirectly promotes cryptocurrency usage to the wide community globally.

But also I won't ignore the fact that in this free market you could achieve 10,000% gain and also could get 98% loss within few days only.

I voted yes for bitcoin to reach $19K come 2022 there is no element of doubt in my prediction and I based my speculation on the tremendous progress and growth of the price of bitcoin in the previous years for instance the price of bitcoin went as low as $3300 in the early part of this year and recovered to pumped to $13300+ while the price correction, retracement or pullback  couldn't get below $6500+ this is indeed a massive progress thus Iam expecting steady price increment in years ahead some of the catalyst that would triggers the price is the halving of it, bakkt approval etc.

Its expected that there would be people who doesnt have that bullish thing in mind when it comes to those years. 3 years from now and reaching that 19k price is really plausible.

We cant really just deny that to those people who choose no in the poll does have their own perception towards price either composed of perma bears or just simply dont trust on where the price is going.

I vote for yes because if we see on the chart so far, the chart shows that the price is trying to move up and although we are still at $7267 according to the price now, it can increase higher in the next year. I only think about if the price is not moving at the higher rate before or after halving time, then maybe we need to wait for a very long time and there will be an unknown time to see when the price will increase. We are already waiting for almost 2 years to see bitcoin price will grow, but unfortunately, we still at less than $10k now.

So if we check on the chart at 2012 when the second halving happens, the price rises so high, from $100-$300 to $1000 or more in 2014 but then the price was back to lower than $1000. Then we start to see another highest price in 2017-2018 after the halving comes in 2016 and that reached for almost $20k in that year. So we are going to see the third time of halving in the next year, and if the price is down for lower than $6k, then that will be the best time to buy bitcoin. We might see another highest price again in 2021 or 2022, but I am not sure when it will happen.

But if the price really increases higher, I think the price will reach more than $19k because we already concluded that price in 2017-2018. But I don't know if that will comes true or not as I don't know much about analysis and I only see for what I see at the market.

yes, bitcoin worth to be 19k before 2020. look the history bitcoin reach amazing price every four years, in the 2013 bitcoin reach $1000 and 2017 reach about 19k, there is a possibility to reach 19k in 2021.. but remember this not certainly, its just my prediction about to be reality or not? just wait and see no body know

Voted for yes. I have nothing hard to base this on, other than the fact that the people using, or simply buying and hodling for speculation bitcoin increase by the day. The bear market has lasted for quite a while, so I think sometime next year we will see an ATH. And the halving is near so I guess the whales might spend some moneyz to create some FOMO and become even richer

We really need a lot of patience waiting for 2022 but I think $19k won't need to wait for two more years since after the halving it will take a year or more to actually see the halving in effect. So 2021 is the year that we are waiting for the real bullish market although I am not that sure on when it would happen but I am certain that in 2021 the Bitcoin will start to skyrocket to the moon.

I dont think anyone want this, it poses a tough sentiment for traders and new investors, people might seek profit else where, the recovery is necessary early to see a build up for next bullrun. If bitcoin could give this size return this year we can see more as halving approaches but definitely not to break the ATH.

I think all time high will be broken right after the halving. Right now we are putting all our chips into bear and manipulators are trying their hardest to keep the price low yet the reality is clear, bitcoin will be harder to mine and will cost double the cost, so there is technically speaking NO possible way for bitcoin to worth less when it will cost more.

Hence, the price will go up but of course manipulators will try their best to hide that and will want to keep the price low for a long time so they could get as cheap as possible before it skyrockets again. After the halving the price should be going high not because manipulators only but miners will stop selling for cheap and make a loss, they will stop selling which will end up with bitcoin going up.

What I hope is that halving would really give a positive energy to the market to it will have a positive effect.

Whether there is a new ATH or not but for btc to recover, that's a good news already as that would result to a better market which is stable in the eyes of investors.

Its the investors that are making this market pump, I mean those small investors but they are big in volume because when we rely on the whales, they will just play a pump and dump game where they can cash out their profit in just a short period of time, a small market movement as long as in their favor, they can already make money on that, but we need adoption real adoption as that would drive to a better and stable price.

Maybe it's best to wait for the result to came after the halving next year since if bitcoins price would grow up for that scenario then we can conclude that we will provably reach to that price( $19k) by 2022 but for now maybe it's best to follow the market leads to earn on the current flow since waiting to much cost more bucks since for sure we will lose more profit if we didn't look to gain on the current market volatility and seems this is the best time to gain some percentage since the market is pretty much quite cool to do a short trades.

it's only $19K which is very achievable even in less than a year, remember that bitcoin pump up to $13k this year but it did not continue the uptrend, however for 3 years time, I think its already enough to get rid of the weak hands and as people started to loss hope, that's where the whales starts to make the price pump and hopefully that time we will be able to see some real adoption, slowly but surely.
