This would probably be better set out as a poll, but my two satoshis goes with Bitcoin. As others have already said, BitCoin is how a newcomer would likely write it.
Also I feel that BitCoin suggests that it is a physical coin, like a Bit Coin.

I always use Bitcoin, but I suppose its always up to preference, I just think its a bit easier to type out Bitcoin than BitCoin which requires an extra shift press for us lazy people.

It's the Bitcoin symbol where the real confusion begins I personally like BTC best (like the most commonly used Bitcoin logo) but it's not an official unicode character yet. The version on this site looks too ugly for me. It needs better anti-aliasing.

Bitcoin : Protocol, paiement system.. The stuff in a whole is Bitcoin. A unit is a bitcoin.. Some can have bitcoins, but have Bitcoins is not a correct syntax.. can't have multiple time the protocol.. in fact, no one own this protool The letter "c" is never in caps, that does'nt make sense !

Occurrence of "BitCoin" in someone's writing is generally a safe way to detect scammers and retards.

Putting a capital in the middle of a word goes against all sensible spelling rules. We generally understand compound words like grandmother and electromagnetic without using such tricks.
The only place where I somewhat tolerate it, is systems like programming languages where you need complex names without spaces, for example FooCounter = InitValue + SomeOtherValue. Even there, you usually have the option to use underscores - or simply rely on the old idea of compound words, like "foocounter" meaning a counter that counts foos.
