The dubler name sound scammy to begin with and if they really will do an IEO on vindax, this we can confirm the exchange is part of all these scams in cryptoverse. An investors would really think its a legit project since they do have an app that is something to be considered as MVP. Sadly you can't post a reply to the ANN thread for its a self moderated thread, surely it will just be deleted when they are back online.
