You can buy many gift cards using Bitcoin and pay by lightning.
Unfortunately, the service was accepted using https://www.opennode.com/ (Bitpay Alt,) which means that the company does not want to deal directly with Bitcoin.

We’re pleased to announce we now accept Bitcoin using the #LightningNetwork through
@opennodeco
! It just became even easier to #LiveOnBitcoin using our platform!

I think you will find some daily offers with a discount of up to 10%.

No way a company like that afford to not convert instantly. The money flies out as quickly as it comes in. They get their wee cut on the top of it.

I've used them plenty in the past and they've always been flawless. They do seem to gain and lose options fairly regularly though. They still don't have Amazon back but Bitrefill and Bitpay do.

A MUCH bigger deal is Bitfinex accepting it for deposits and withdrawals from tomorrow.
