I'm sorry about you lost. but, following your thread before... You just need to do some KYC(Due you've deal with T&C). It could be solved mate, I believe that's reason cause you've big transactions. which mean that's one way to make your money being safe.

But sometime.. I hate to system KYC. Anyway Goodluck.

You are making a big transaction here I see and your account is frozen. Maybe instaswap is doing investigation to your transaction but if I were you I will instead uses exchange that are known by most of people. i mean KYC will not hurt because it's 4 BTC we are talking about and not some measly amount. Maybe they will inform you further update regarding the investigation although that sounds ridiculous but that's what most of the exchanges out there did to account with big balance or transaction. But still, the exchange should clarify with detailed information.
