Well, I'm looking to exchange my Paypal funds to BTC. As most people here do not want to directly accept PP due to chargebacks and other possible scams, I'm offering my service to buy anything anywhere that accepts Paypal.
Here a little explanation of where I get my Paypal funds from and why I want to exchange them to Bitcoin:
I have money flowing in constantly into my Paypal account, because I'm a successful ebay seller. I have (almost) no use for Paypal and I don't like withdrawing it via SEPA transfer because I'm not a company and I don't want the Treasury Dpt. to make me pay taxes and fees.

- Anywhere else that accepts Paypal.
The rate for Bitcoin would be taken from Bitstamp.
Of course, I will use a trusted middleman from bitcointalk.org in each transaction we do.
