Is HitBTC the best exchange for trading APIs?

I have a hitbtc account, but I rarely trade there, because in my opinion this exchange is still less popular, I make hitbtc as an exchange when I have altcoin which is only registered there, I haven't opened Hitbtc for months, so I don't really know the progress.

I've had bad experience with HitBTC about 4 years ago, I've left it and never turned back.
Maybe things have change since then, but on the other hand I still see now and then people complaining about them. So I would avoid putting together HitBTC and "best exchange"...

I would rate HitBTC on point 1. Although it has never appeared in major FUD articles, I feel it is one of the worst exchanges. It does not support junk coins to buy or sell in odd numbers. That's why I lost over $ 8 at HitBTC because I couldn't sell the remaining tokens. I think this is a poor exchange and we cannot trust exchanges like this. At some point, they will also scam traders like IDAX.

Hitbtc is one of the worst "top tier" exchanges in the space. They have been selectively allowing people withdraw, and those who they denied withdrawals have been asked to submit id and whatnot to constantly reject them for either being low res, not appropriate format, etc. This reeks of a fractonal reserve model where they do not have the funds available for people to withdraw.

The question then is....... What are they doing with the funds? Invest? Trade? Run an off-exchange lending business? On top of that, they also inflate their volumes artificially. Wonderful exchange.

Hitbtc is not best.Hitbtc support and system is poor. If you faced any problem in hitbtc,they will take long time to solve.If you want to trade then go for other exchange.I am using hitbtc from 2017 and that's why I am telling you.You can take a look binance and bittrex for trading API.
