Do you have any proof to back up your claims? If so, post all the evidence you have here that proves it. Then create a "Type 3 "red flag" against this user here:

Once you have posted the proof... and created the flag... users will be able to support your flag (assuming the proof is valid) which will mark the account and all threads they create. That should help prevent other users from getting scammed by them.
