They charge 10k sat withdrawal fees for a slow withdrawal. When I emailed them about it, they claimed it was normal and that all of it was going to miners.
This seems quite dishonest.
EDIT: they actually spent 33.5 sat/byte on a slow transaction. At a time when 13 sat/byte was enough to get in the next block!

They also lie saying they are a wallet, but they are a centralized exchange that lock user founds with KYC excuses. Be aware that they will steal your coins, they are not a wallet, they lie. |

Trying to swap a couple EOS for btc Holy shit they actually sent the transaction at 33.5 sat/byte to use the 10k sats. Did you see the negative rating I left them? Did you see the flag creates and supported by many members on the forum? They are there for a damn reason. If you're going to ignore those feedbacks you're most likely to get scammed. I don't see the point of using any service that has a negative feedback on this forum.

I don’t trust any of this. What I trust is my own eyes and only my experience... Always try with smaller amounts and see how they go, then set up maximum security. I picked 3 wallets for now including Freewallet and all of them work very good. I didn’t like many of the ‘official’ wallets because I like keeping everything in one place but that’s not for everyone.
To cut it short, trust only yourself.
