I see a lot of banks are pushing for XRP's adoption into their foray into the blockchain band wagon

Even the bank of saudi arabia is pushing for their own adoption of XRP

In Asia they are pushing for most major banks to adopt it

But with all these going ons

I was wondering if there is any Potentiality for XRP Ripple to hit even the sub USD $1000 valuation mark ?

Ripple going much higher than where it currently is to me an impossibility. It being treated as a crypto and trying to ride on the blockchain train is just marketing from their organization. They have very little to do with decentralization, trustlessness and immutability that we have in the bitcoin blockchain. They aim their services to banks and the token doesn't really play much of a role than to fund the organization's activities. If they so wanted, they could create a different network for banks, and old users would see no benefit in the token's price.

I will be happy if XRP reaches $5 in next 5 years! No matter how many banks adopt it, Ripple is inflationary in nature! They have pre defined schedules when they release about a billion coins in the market to increase the supply. If the demand doesn't go well, the price is destined to decrease!

Impossible to reach that price for ripple , take a look at the supply and you will understand why. With 43 B supply  do you think its possible? They are  pushing to bank XRP because it is more centralised compare to Bitcoin.

isn't it the way BANK works is almost not much different from payment gateways like XRP even the distribution is not mined like other Altcoins, so it's only natural that the BANK adopts XRP, but not sure many people adopt it as a crypto currency that can be used to buy anything, no sure also pushing $ 1000, even $ 5 I think need 100 more years, this is just my opinion not as a hater

you are confusing Ripple with XRP, aka the technology with the token.

At the moment, we see how Ripple can’t achieve the growth of XRP despite all the efforts of the company and a huge number of partnership agreements. In addition, recent transfers of millions of dollars in XRP are alarming, because it looks like price manipulation. I am not holding XRP because I think the coin is very suspicious

1000$ is not a real result for XRP. First, no one believes in the safety of this coin. XRP looks speculative, and therefore few people buy it. The introduction in banks has its own effect however it is minimal

Current value of XRP $0.21 and all time high price $3.20 so do you believe this coin will reach $1000?

I don't think XRP has potential to survive for that much longer.

PS:Don't compare this with bitcoin and pizza story.

I don't like this coin but it is not impossible for this shitcoin to be at that high (in the very very long term).

You are right, centralized banks are adopting this coin and they are very happy to be part of decentralized-like centralized ecosystem so there should be price increases sooner or later. But in case the price doesn't change much and the coin is, in your opinion, undervalued then you can wait for Bitcoin to be on a very high price as everything would be also jumping up.

It is very likely that many banks will start using Ripple, but this does not necessarily mean an increase in its value. If its price increases, it will only be the result of information that subsequent banks are interested in it and speculation on this topic. The XRP value does not have to increase due to the fact that developers have the ability to infinitely "produce" more coins, it also makes this coin very open to manipulation. In my opinion, Ripple will never reach $1000.

XRP is for centralization why I guess people will understand if they are going to associate themselves to banks but having a price of $1000 won't be possible since we see how much coins that are worth investing than XRP.

A lot of users in the forum doesn't care about XRP so the only who cares about this are the ones who still wants to use banks.

It will. Definitely XRP will test $1000 mark one day. Because, ripple corporation is formed to bump their centralized coin and they are already doing that for years. XRP is just a ponzi scheme in terms of pumping and luring investors and then dumping to encash. It is a cycle ripple corporation is doing since the introduction of their coin in crypto markets. In less than 8 months back one XRP was valuing 10k satoshi and we can be sure about reaching back those level for sure.

When bitcoin will be valuing ten million and if XRP will be bouncing back to 10k satoshi then one XRP will automatically value $1000. I am sure about both of these cases. Yes, bitcoin will value in millions to half the billion in coming decades and XRP also will gain its BTC value more than 10k satoshi as well.

Just because banks are looking into it, doesn't mean that they would adopt it? And why would they even use the same ecosystem? It doesn't make any sense. They would just copy it and use their own platform / ecosystem. And this is the problem when you try to push centralized coins to public.

But $1000? That's insane. Good luck rising +460153% without government shutting it down (that it can do btw), as this is not bitcoin.

Nothing to say about your prediction because that decimal is a nonsense amount. But what i can say to remind you about how big the pre-mined coin that still holds by the company and again if you are thinking those banks are so stupid to use or buy ripple coin and you must read the whole of news properly. The banks are only interested in the tech that already used by ripple but not with its centralized security coin that called ripple coin.
You must remember this if those bankers never stated if they will be adopting ripple coin but they will adopt the ripple blockchain.

that's impossible, the potential is completely absent. moreover some banks will adopt the xrp blockchain system. if that happens, surely xrp will be banned by all countries. xrp reach 1000$ is hard to get into my imagination, and it really doesn't make sense at all lol.

I think is impossible because are too much coins and will never value so much, but a grow can be but don't know how much will grow on next bull run. And some people might lose trust on ripple.

It came to my mind that banks could pump the XRP price to $1000 ..  I just wonder how many people would lose their homes and maybe even life ... after the banks would create 1000x more XRP and the price would fall to $1 or lower..

That's ambitious I say. I wouldn't even expect it to hit $100 as soon as the market goes on bull run just base on its limit. And do you think the banks will actually use XRP for the sake of adoption of cryptocurrency? no way.

Where did you get that idea of making into that valuation? To wake you up from the reality, compute on how much market cap XRP needs for it to have that price with its current circulating supply.
