Betmatch.io - never get my payout (9.5 BTC) - SCAM!

What happened::
Betmatch.io does not pay. I'm waiting for my payment since 10 October. Still pending.
I contacted the chat, but support responds with template answers (like: We know about your problem and referred it to the technical department). I have 8.4 BTC at my account balance and it looks like they won't pay them to me.

I think you need to provide a bit more info and screenshots with your bet also

I saw you already did post to their ann thread. I suggest you to follow the format of creating scam accusation to let explain everything and anything you have to prove your claim. Here's the scam accusation format.

Guys, thanks for your remark. I updated my post adding additional details and proofs.
P.S. I have made more than 1000 bets since May 2019

Its all happen, went some user has a high fund balance.

Did the team also asked you for doing a KYC, most of gambling online platforms hold customer funds if they have a huge fund and try to withdraw the fund from their platform. They will ask a KYC for verification account, however i see it's not only you got a problem from the withdrawal activity.

If they still not responding to your support request, better start to create a flag against them.

This casino is a scam/fraud, The OP above didn't received his payout and maybe your case will be the same, If ever can you provide screenshot and complete details of your problem same format as OP used above. It will serve as evidence when creating a flag and tagging there main account as scam. This incident happened last and until now no DT is still acting to tag the account even though some DT already post above there opinion. I believe they should tagged the betmatch account a temporary neutral or negative trust so that user will be aware that there is an ongoing complaint against them.
