You can predict any numbers, but I do not see any prerequisites for an active increase in the price of Bitcoin.  The current trend of the cryptocurrency market is indicated in a completely different way and is similar to the period when the cryptocurrency market fell at the end of 2018.  Although I am very worried about this and would not like to see the same prices as they were at the end of last year.  Many cryptocurrency users express their opinion about the fall in cryptocurrency prices today and explain this with the New Year holidays, because the fall in cryptocurrency prices is always recorded on holidays and in the holiday season.

Another great prediction by the mainstream media. It looks like Bloomberg and CNBC are fighting for the trophy of the worst Bitcoin speculation ever. I guess this still belongs to CNBC with their infamous streak in 2018.

Although I am very worried about this and would not like to see the same prices as they were at the end of last year.  Many cryptocurrency users express their opinion about the fall in cryptocurrency prices today and explain this with the New Year holidays, because the fall in cryptocurrency prices is always recorded on holidays and in the holiday season.

You don't have to worry about that. The bottom is in and that period of the great bear market of 2018/19 is over. We will not go to 3k again and if you look at the big picture this fall looks quite healthy. It looks like a tightening wedge with 2018 bear market marking higher highs and lower lows and the end of 2019 coming in with lower highs and higher lows. Note that the low of 3k was above the point from where the bull market of 2017 begun and this is bullish. If this drop ends higher than 4k USD we'll have another bullish confirmation that long term we're going up.

The market change happens in no time. Until the market drops low to $5000 there seems to have more room for much higher growth. Market always tends to be a complicated math to predict the market scenario. Even now I believe the market reaching new ath could happen close to halving. I believe in this purely upon the growth from which the market took a forward move during the previous bull trend was around $5500.

Can't say about 10k $ but it looks like bitcoin soon going to be $6k. Bloomberg has given at least a realistic price of bitcoin for 2020 which is very much attainable. If bitcoin gets support at $7k or $6k then it's very much likely that in next bull run bitcoin may cross $10k. Let's hope bloomberg prediction become true.

The market is in a state in which it is really difficult to predict what it will do, the volatility that we have been witnessing during the last days is something that happens from time to time to bitcoin but we cannot draw any kind of conclusions out of it because the volatility is so extreme that it doesn't allow for any kind of meaningful prediction.

And that is a huge problem, how are you going to take a decision about what to do in the market when you have no idea what it is going to do? It seems possible that at some point we could reach a price of 6000 but it is also entirely possible that the very next day bitcoin will recover all the ground it lost.

The value really moving in the fast pace, investors needs to follow what they've thik is better for their investment. Any news should be well analyze in order to make a better assessment and good decision making for the benefits of their assets.

You are right op no one knows for sure what the price of bitcoin is in the future. we can only speculate. our speculations can be right or wrong. and I think that by the end of this year bitcoin won't be able to reach $ 10,000. because at the end of the year some people choose to sell some of their bitcoin to celebrate Christmas and holidays. I predict bitcoin will start to increase next year after bitcoin is reduced by half in May.

The problem is that people too easy to dragged in by just the sensitive news , hard to hold together at certain point, people easily sell the coins in panic once the market fall.

Indeed, I completely agree with your opinion and in my opinion the current state of the market can really be called panic, because all cryptocurrency users are subject to panic due to negative news, as well as because of information that is alarming and because of which there are thoughts about  prolonged decline in cryptocurrency prices.  Thus, today, news about the sale of large volumes of Bitcoin and the preparation for the sale of a large volume of Ethereum from wallets, which has been frozen for a very long time, have a very strong influence on cryptocurrency users. For example, Whale Alert's Twitter account information announced a transaction of 789,525 ETH from the wallet associated with the PlusToken cryptocurrency pyramid.  There is an assumption that one of the big whales will sell cryptocurrency and because of this, in any case, the cryptocurrency market will collapse.  I hope that the situation will have the opposite effect, as soon as cryptocurrency users are convinced of the reliability of their cryptocurrency investments.

That is a very common prediction but I do not think it is going to become true, everyone is expecting for the market to recover and to give good gains when the halving finally comes and to me that is kind of problematic because markets have to be unpredictable because if they were predictable then in theory everyone will make money out of it and we know that is impossible, so the fact that everyone is predicting a price increase at that time worries me.

And I think that most likely what we are going to see is the price not moving much before and after the halving and this could be disappointing for all of those expecting big gains.

I have heard so many of these research that I have stopped looking into them. Whatever they have analyzed I know will eventually happen. When it will happen? is the question.

I have decided not to follow propagation on bitcoin but buying and keep faith for it to appreciate and sell. Bitcoin will surely pass 10,000$ but no one can tell the exact date. If we look back on year 2019 we will see bitcoin moving in both directions. What bloomberg is predicting is analysis based on equity trading and I don't think technical analysis of equity trading work with bitcoin.

Yes, you are right. We need to break every higher price so then we can hit $10k soon, but I believe that bitcoin price can go to that price in the future. It seems we need to satisfy to see bitcoin price now at a current price, and it still waiting for a good time to increase higher. Since yesterday, the bitcoin price doesn't go to a higher price level or lower price, and I think right now, we see a sideways market, so we need to be careful because we don't know what will happen later. If you believe that the price can increase or decrease a few hours later, you need to prepare to decide on what you need to do so you don't be late to do something.

Good odds for day traders to profit a few hundred dollars everyday. And i don't see anything right now that may trigger an actual run towards 10k aside from talks about halving which i think will disappoint a lot of people. I still think that 10k is a point that we'll get to eventually. It's anybody's guess and speculation though as to when we'll get there.
