Isn't it quite unusual to see the cases are acted upon instantly on the disobedience of the Terms and Conditions when cryptos are involved? Well, users lose their funds and the company takes them. This isn't doing the right thing but stealing. Also, most of these companies don't pay taxes and don't comply with government regulations. A user gets fucked both ways. I'm glad I don't use any services neither have a reason to.
We can't really find how much loyalty they have when it comes to tax paying for their earnings but we can't do anything for this let the government take actions against tax evaders. But when we are using someone's service we need to obey them or we will lose so it's our responsibility to keep the things with no mistakes.

In rare cases out accounts get blocked or banned after violating their terms instantly, but if we realize our mistake and keep no fund on centralized platforms then we no need to worry about anything.

hello everyone don't you ever try to stock your bitcoin in to paxful ther are a scam they scam me and rip me for 0.40 btc I try to call them no one respnad and in the live chat no one respand and when I send them a message all have the same anwser sience 11 days thank you for your pationt we will fowerd this to our admin so Im here to let you know that if you pute any amount of bitcoin to any paxful account you are risking to lose your funds dont you ever do that .
so you start to buy and sell normally without any problem when you add bitcoin they make your account is frozen when you try to contact them your problem will never resolved be careful

I've used paxful a bunch of times regularly and never had any issues.

Perhaps your issue is stemming from the fact that you deposited such a high amount, in which case they may be demanding additional KYC info from you before they are able to credit your account with the funds and let you keep trading.

But you definitely need more evidence for anyone here to help you any further. In the meanwhile try to talk to support and keep trying to reach them via live chat.

I don't have the answer to the problem described in OP. However, I would like to refer to the topic of the thread. Accounts created on Paxful for fake documents are sold in many places on the internet. So when you trade there, be very careful, because it may be that the person you are dealing with, may not be who say he are and just wants to scam you.

For example: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5209525.0

No screenshot and no proof about the transaction or what he is saying I consider this as trying to ruin the reputation of Paxful, if OP is serious in getting his funds back he should have posted all the proofs and posted this in the scam section and not on the service section, this will not stand up.

Clearly, this is an act of destroying reputation or something like that. OP just gave the topic here and he didn't answer anyone when they wanted to help. You may also find that this is a new account, it may be a alt account of someone.

The foundation of paxful is secure, but it is peer-to-peer transactions, therefore, it is inevitable for frauds from buyers or sellers, but it is not a Paxful platform problem

So we can now conclude that he is trying to ruin the reputation of Paxful and the accusation may be wrong because he is not doing a follow-up and he is still log in here and because of the fact that he did not move this in the scam sections, all who will read this discussion is the one to discern if the accusation is legit or not.

If they person gets concerned just reading the topic and the original post without reading the whole thread to verify his claim, then that person is just plain stupid.
High chances he did something wrong and his account got frozen. He is now just trying to ruin paxfuls reputation just because he can't get his funds back (maybe failing to identify himself).
Why would you store 0.4 BTC in paxful in the first place?

Things you say are almost pure psychology and you are trying to detect stupid person by his words on internet.
But I can't really disagree with your point on this - he really could do something wrong so his acc is frozen now.
However he claims that support doesn't respond to him so paxful's service is questionable

i had a problem as well with paxful. i was trading with it normally and all my trades where going well and i had many positive feedbacks with the people i trade.
one day i got a permanent ban it was like two years ago. my account was verified with my documents and i had no illegal trades or issues. well all they offer me is withdrawing my funds to an external wallet.
and these days i decided to create another account i deposited an amount of bitcoin to it and tried to verified and i got a ban again.
and this time i can withdraw my money because of high and no sense fees. the problem is that when i got ban from the old account they said you can normally crate another account now they ban it.
paxful support answer me always with same email and i think it's a bot.

Did you ask them, Why did they block your account?? I think before creating a new account you need to read FAQ(Terms & Conditions)
I am still using Paxful but I am afraid to see this kind of post. Till now everything is fine and not yet faced any big issue with it. But I have seen a few posts like this one. I Will withdraw all of my funds from Paxful, Binance p2p will be the best alternative.

Sure i did contact the support to know why i got that ban. But i got an answer from the bot responding on email saying i broke their ToS rules and they didn't mention what's it exactly. Knowing that i stopped using paxful for a while n as soon as i came back to it that time i got a ban. The support is responding with the same email everytime i contact them.
I won't go near them ever again or trade with them as a seller or a buyer.

Did you mean you can't withdraw? it looks like a typo to me. If so, how high are the fees?

the problem is that when i got ban from the old account they said you can normally crate another account now they ban it.

It highly possible they weren't as strict as now. Exchanges over time gets stricter.

But it's weird they gave such advice... it's like "we have banned your account but don't worry, you can always ban evade", any chance this is a distorted memory?

It would be nice to take leave from Paxful. Day by day their service is getting worst. I don't know how a support Team can provide a reply like this!! One of my friends also facing some issues with Paxful. the best suggestion is to avoid this market and move to another P2P market now. There are a lot of alternatives available.
