I have glanced at this for a long time but there hasn't been a right time to find out more. Mining coins via phone is a solution for those who cannot mine via a PC due to cost constraints. The problem is whether this will survive as a really serious project or just want to make a profit. This is difficult to avoid for further information seekers.

Yes i use it. The idea of this app (project) is actually to make everyday transactons as simple and useful as they can be (paying with cryptocurrency simply by mobile phone...and the Pi Network app will be used as a wallet)

Ive read all about PI network but since i like mining more on my PC i have no interest and moreover i still find it hard to believe that a project that offers mining on smartphones through an app is legit, only time will tell though

I have seen from some of my Facebook friends, some of them shared this project a few days ago, but I haven't looked deeper about the project, I find out they don't seem to have a bounty, it's only available to mine via smart phones, I haven't seen more in this project, the website is not available with their group telegram information, at least I can ask more about this project, the OP should provide more detailed information

How did you come to this conclusion? There are thousands of people mining Pi and anyone can come here to promote it without it meaning they are all alt accounts belonging to one person

it's not a cool coin and there was a coin that 's much better than pi and that called ETN coin. it's not also a new coin and that's an old coin. what you need to know about that if there was no real use case from pi coin. it's not cool if we are seeing from what was the purpose of the picoin.
i have seen a bunch of shillers has promoted this coin in the past.

There has been some hype about it last couple months after been in the shadows for months ago.
some people just wish it booms like that so they get that big chunk payment selling it since they get it mostly for Free (mining & referring basically).

I personally don't see it as bad, it has a working team, probably it's a matter of it being listed in a decent exchange to be noticed even more in the crtypto communities.

PI Network is something promising project but i think there are no good marketing for this reason a lot of people's still don't know about it. I already mined 1300 PI Coin to install android application but i think android users will hamper because mining apps can be drain your mobile battery. What about their exchanges listing?

As I know it, Pi is the effort of a group of Stanford University alumni to spread the cryptocurrency to more people. But I do not understand the value of this money will be like, when anyone can exploit it easily without spending resources as the project mentioned.

I have just joined few days back and it looks nothing unique! We already have similar cryptos in the market which can be mined through mobile phone. Example, Electroneum and Phoneum. Both have gone down to drain and has no/little trade volume and value. I have also gone through their whitepaper which says they are coming up with a marketplace where people can spend pi to buy goods and services. If this is becoming a reality, then it's obviously good because then this coin would have some utility! Otherwise, it will also go down to drain like its peers!

I am a pioneer here and had at least 20 referrals, but it would still take some time before it gets into the market, the developers who are all graduates of hardvard, are working this project to become huge and it's going to happen because of the kind of distribution they are implementing, no cost and very easy to mine, glad to be part of this project this early.
