I think you have to investigate yourself deeper not only relying on advice that can be said not necessarily they analyze the coin.
We do not know in the future a good coin can die because of trivial problems. So think both well and analyze as good as possible a project you want to buy and do your best.

From the portfolio you provided, I prioritize ethereum, bnb, monero, litecoin, and bitcoin cash.  honestly it is coins that survive and still have high fluctuation until now.  In June this year, when the price of bitcoin was dominant, the price of the coins I mentioned was experiencing a big increase.  it makes me feel that besides bitcoin, those are some altcoins that are good enough to hold.

Do not choose randomly when buying altcoins. There are altcoins that are worthless because it has low value and volume in the market. I recommend to you that Elrond or ERD are the best coin this year because its high scability and can produce 65,000 TPS for 4 shards and its very fast transaction better than XRP, and also partnered by Samsung Company and lots more.

I agree, with the Adaptive State Sharding technology that is able to deliver scalability of 65,000 TPS, erlond has good prospects. other than that the marketcap is still relatively small under 0.2% of the bitcoin marketcap, and it is likely that its value will continue to increase in the long term. one of a good investment for the long term in my opinion.

Not everything you see on the top 15 are good coins to start with. What I'm saying is to learn more about those coins and don't generalize them as interesting coins. They look interesting because they are on the top but if you will analyze, few of them are not really interesting.

Well i also do check CMC on what coins can be good as of the moment but i did not depend 100% on CMC, i also do my own research about the coins and yes not all coins that you can see in the top 15 are good coins to start with because as you have said not all of it are interesting, but some are really good coins like ethereum and i have gain good amount of profit from investing in eth.

That's good for you and everyone should do that. I agree with Ethereum because I have it and been holding it for a while so there's no need to argue for that coin. Research and give yourself a favor by educating first to the altcoins that you will invest. But sooner and later you will understand that every altcoins on the market shakes whenever bitcoin moves. They all rely on it that's why diversifying a lot with altcoins has also a bad implication if you're portfolio doesn't contain too much bitcoin.

For long term, I would put my money on ETH and BNB. I think ETH does have a solid dev team working behind it. I hope there would be another ICO-like trend in the future that could cement ETH as the best alt of all time.

BNB, on the other hand, I view it as an equity-like coin, loosely tied its value to the success of Binance. With the current rate of innovation that Binance bring to the table, I hope they could sustain their position as the best altcoin exchange. Would be better if their margin trading platform somehow can bring more volume and they could develop fully functional DEX.

first of all theres a lot of coins and token in the market. Second, dont just listen to any suggestion, you can make them referrences but you need to do your own research as well, lastly you should know the risk for investing in crypto currency, always have a backup plan

How can you learn if you will not listen to anyone's opinion? And it's not necessary really to listen to them since getting the information from experience trader is really helpful to us to compare things whenever we execute our trades.

And for OP feel free to check the top alt's and for reference you can check on CMC and choose among them in which is the coins or token is suitable for your mental condition.

I would highly recommend the those coins you enumerate. Based on the CMC they are the top-ranked coins which only means they have the highest volume in the market and they are the most liquid so you could somehow have a high probability of getting a high profit. However, it is still better if you will make your own research which you think will give a return. You could only use this as reference but the decision will be still yours.
