I also want the adoption of BTCitcoin and Cryptocurrencies in my country.
My experience can give you some ideas to add some things to your initiative.

I asked the owners of my favorite stores if they could accept Bitcoin for the payment of my purchases and they said no.
I did it with the intention of knowing their reaction. This tells me that there is ignorance of how to use Bitcoin.
What is the shortest path to adoption? It is the learning and display of other local merchants who are already accepting Bitcoin and, therefore, will give confidence to the local commercial sector.

Another experience that I had was when buying a smartphone in Mercado Libre with ethereum. The price was $99 and the seller asked for an additional 10%.

Smartphone and website where I bought

Last month a Burguer King Venezuela store began to accept cryptocurrencies.

                                                          ~snip~

I think the question here would be security. People is very intimate when it comes to food and the concept to employ Bitcoin on food businesses is quite excellent. However, people who purchase foods in businesses like these are not all Bitcoin users. For common people, I think they will need more education regarding Bitcoin's power and have the be assured of the safety and the legitimacy of Bitcoin. For Bitcoin users, it is needed for them to be assured in terms of security because being scammed is not an option in the first place. They would be very careful for their Bitcoins to not be wasted on a simple stomach craving. The initiative I think, for this to be in action is from the local government itself. To be put into action by the authorities, to be able to assure people.
first you don't need to quote the whole post so the thread will remain clean and less spammy look.

actually you have a point but that is the main idea of OP in posting this, because in this way People will be asking if what is bitcoin and may give a chance for another adoptions.

and also Businesses will have also a chance to check what is this and how it works with this the advantage of Bitcoin payment will surely make them love and try

This is a good action to help spreading cryptocurrency in our places, and not just Bitcoin but Good altcoins also so Having small businesses accepting Bitcoin is really a best way to help spreading crypto.
how i wish that one day in my country i can buy even a soda using Bitcoin but i know this will take long because of government stand towards bitcoin.
Spreading bitcoin is really easy because some people think that bitcoin is a big scam but they don't know what the bitcoin impact to those people knows about bitcoin. Maybe some country adopt bitcoin but some are not adopt bitcoin because the Internet problem.

I don't feel that spreading bitcoin is easy. however, it is very difficult. of the few people I invited, only a few survived. as you said, many feel that this is MLM, or fraud, or something like that. however, they will be interested when they see the benefits before their eyes.
it's just that investors in my city are starting to realize that bitcoin is quite profitable.

The thought is that the thing that individuals are required once you got to build the choice rate during a specific nation.
so I bolster your thought.
The structure needs improvement, yet it's fine since there's constantly plenty of room for development.

In addition to what you have listed, easy of use should also be considered. I should be able to transact via SMS, I should not rely 100% on internet before completing a legitimate transaction. I should able to also sing and complete a transaction using my email as an identity rather than the long strings of wallet which is not easy to memorize. Easy of use will add to mass adoption in my own opinion.
