What happened:: I have just identified a fake "agency" that promise to be able to recovery funds stolen/stucked in online service.
Check this review on SpectroCoin page:

This is a FAKE AND SCAM site, since:
-They use ONLY stock photo of their staff (included also their "clients")
-They have a FAKE ADDRESS, according to Google Maps.
