It is excellent news to be able to use cryptocurrencies as a means of legal payment in Ukraine, only they are doing it for money which is a joke.

In preparing the bill, Ukrainian lawmakers reportedly collaborated with European Union (EU)-funded crypto experts. Ukraine’s government will also be hoping that the adoption of the new laws will aid its quest in securing up to €500 million in financial assistance from the (EU).

And where all that money will go? If it's approved, we'll see.

small country or Big is not important because the thing here is Adoption and that is all what we are looking for.
having another country like Ukraine is one of the greatest news for 2019 as we are ending now,and their step will encourage near by countries to at least study and consider doing so if they see the changes and good effect of this Ukraine steps for the future of the economy.

Great news for the crpyto sphere but more specifically to Ukraine. I'm getting a little bit jealous to be honest simply because crypto's legalization there is already in process. Meaning, they can use btc freely without getting distracted by the possible violations very soon. Hmm, we can already presume that they will become successful with their attempt and maybe this could be a great start for all the members of EU to adapt cryptocurrency as well. So cool ! This is big good news for the world of cryptocurrency. Though Ukraine is just a small country with no huge influence over its neighbors, this can really be a catalyst or an inspiration for other countries of the same stature to also legally adopt and recognize cryptocurrency. Small it can be, I am sure this move in Ukraine can still have an impact today and into the future.

As shown in the article, Ukraine is adopting a strict cryptocurrency legal framework allowing the entrance of many crypto-related business and for people to be using cryptocurrency as payment. Implementation of crypto is always a positive move for the community. The FATF is not in favor of keeping crypto as a usable currency so its nice to see what Ukraine will do if FATF tries to stop it. Russia might learn from it and start using crypto as a legal tender.

They still need to develop and improve more aspects in propagating their cryptocurrency. Bitcoin took a lot of processes in order to achieve their goals and standards. Ukraine needs to reach those standards for their crypto to become a reliable cryptocurrency.

They need to promote and let their country and people to adopt their new currency. It will surely help their economy to rise and let them enhance their technology.

Looks like it's another case of fake and misleading news, cause I don't get any confirmations from Ukrainian sources, and the articles themselves don't lead to any sources. So, what really happened, is that Ukraine adopted some AML laws that mention crypto - but there was no bill dedicated specifically to crypto. And since crypto was never illegal, it really doesn't mean anything to crypto users. This is just another trash clickbait article from trash website.

Did you give us correct information about bitcoin have been legal currency payment in Ukraine? if really true with bitcoin have been legal currency maybe good because can pump bitcoin to higher price but if you try to make people buy bitcoin and make them trust with your fake information you have give lost investment for many people because you try to make people believe with your information.

Just for the motives of gathering funds, not a new reason for a country to accept crypto other than adding revenue stream whether through taxation or to attract people into moving their money there. But, this one atleast better than nothing and to add up into the list of countries legalizing the use of cryptos. not that i'm skeptical but if this method suceed another neighbouring country will follow.
