That's a good news to hear about such bitcoin is legal now in Ukraine, I hope that bitcoin will be spread over the world and more countries keep legalize bitcoin, so then, bitcoin will be stronger and even it's gonna gain a higher value and more people will join our bitcoin community!

The  adoption and legalization of Bitcoin by the Ukrainians authorities would have a positive impact and exposes btc to the entire European countries thus gaining wider spread invariably making its price to gain value.

The fact that a certain list of countries that legalize cryptocurrency is being created is already very good news for each cryptocurrency user.  Of course, for this period, the new government in Ukraine is just beginning to prepare a legislative framework in order to regulate the entire process of using and controlling cryptocurrencies, but I am still interested in those projects that were created in Ukraine in past years and were frozen, such as UAHPAY.  Perhaps this is already a Dead project, but nevertheless they have not forgotten it, despite the fact that there is no news.

Information on the legalization of cryptocurrency in Ukraine is a little untrue. The law adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on December 6 does not concern the legalization of cryptocurrency, but the implementation of the FATF recommendation of June 21 this year regarding the adoption of measures to combat dirty money laundering and the financing of terrorism when using cryptocurrency. So far, officially cryptocurrency in Ukraine is not legalized.

it is actually a good news, we hope that in this country it's also getting accepted the Bitcoin or even crypto in general cuz crypto is labeled as an illegal thing here although it doesn't. it sucks to see this but we have to just make sure that bitcoin is not fully banned on this country.

Well, not just in Ukraine, but we need to make sure that bitcoin and cryptocurrency should be well allowed and not prohibited to all the countries in the world. Because the first thing we need to mae sure for the development of cryptocurrency is the market adoption, and with some government banning cryptocurrency will make the adoption less possible. So, encouraging people to properly use cryptocurrency without harming the government is a must for them to avoid banning but to support cryptocurrency in which adoption could happen.

@Hatshepsut93, you have every reason to doubt the article because most of the articles writer of these days just want to gain more traffic, make name and earn some money but have done an in-depth search and i find out that this article seems to be real because the Ukrainian government are truly working towards the legalization of crypto currency but I don't know when it will real happen.

"Working on" and "crypto is not legal" are two very different things, there's no guarantee that they will finish their work, it's actually has been going for years and multiple laws have already been drafted, but the parliament didn't even vote on them. And the new government has made a lot of promises and still not delivered on them, for example they said they will legalize gambling, but recently failed the vote, despite having a majority.

great news indeed i agree with that but saying that they are now risk free nah i totally disagree with that   .

yes ukraine is now a crypto friendly country but this does not removed the risk upon investing or using a crypto because crypto are still unpredictable  . whether you like it or not , the value of your cryptos can decline or somtimes incline on random times but nothing to worry about these as long as you accept this conditions  , you are still free to enjoy the benefits that entails on cryptos .

I am pretty sure that there will be more countries that will acknowledge the existence of Blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies. Perhaps, the legalization of cryptocurrency in Ukraine will have an impact and could might make a slight difference in the price of Bitcoin.

what is even funnier, there are illegal , or , semi-legal casinos masquerading for the state lotteries
literally on every corner there , despite gambling being prohibited officially
but the sources say that they are being raided and closed now , somehow them paying the local police is not working anymore
this more than anything shows how the things are done in Ukraine - can't pass the law , lets close them by force
even if they are practicaly illegal , this is not the right signal to send for the investors and businesses
and people are talking about the freedom of business and a digital state

Unfortunately, it is unlikely to happen in the near future, The United States is strictly regulating cryptocurrency and has no intention of legalizing it. They believe that cryptocurrency will seriously affect the economy and politics if it is adopted and freely used. For countries that accept cryptocurrencies, the situation in that country is unstable or their currencies are losing value

Regulation of the cryptocurrency could be for good and for negative at the same time. Why are they regulating crypto in the first place? Because they know it needs regulation because if not, their financial monetary system will collapse in the near future. Though, it will not necessary mean they couldn't legalize it either. Cryptocurrency is an alternative way of transaction when we think about a recession. And huge countries like US aren't fool to not think about that, so I am pretty sure they have plans for cryptocurrencies as well.

I agree with your comments! The Ukrainian government is planning to legalize cryptocurrencies, which will spread and affect other countries. In the future, there will also be more countries that accept cryptocurrency payments like Ukraine. Bornyakov _ Ukraine's newly appointed Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation, emphasizing that the current cryptocurrency is not illegal in Ukraine. This is good news, as a crypto community I'm certainly very happy if bitcoin can be accepted anywhere, let alone legalized. I hope that many countries will follow it, although not in the near future because all of this certainly requires regulations and laws before Bitcoin is implemented. at least this is a good step going forward. I hope also the case that is currently happening about large countries wasting dollars, they can use crypto as a replacement.
