Betroar bonus not received properly

Betroar error? im not received promised reward that said 2$ for reffering people

first refferals im received it but after 10 refferals, im not received the bonus...
is there anyone here facing same problem as me?
its been 20 time no bonus claim

They might have a limit? Like in your case, after 10 referrals you didn't receive any more bonus. Either that or the system only accepts 10 referrals per day (In case you actually referred them and accepted the bonus in only a single day). There are a lot of possibilities so might as well just check their rules if there are any limits set, that or contact their support and make them check out what happened to your bonus.

As said the website is under maintenance, this means it'll take little more time for the errors to be rectified. Once errors were fixed these issues won't happen with the claiming of bonus. I believe there is no limitations in referrals, because beyond certain limit the users won't take effort to spread about the casinos.

Does it actually have that limit? Its odd to have limitations yet they do give out reward on each people you do prefer or invited.
Rewards would differ compared to those referrals that do really make some deposit.It will vary on whats the set-up of the gambling site.
I highly believe that this issue should be on reputation section? As i have read up where the site is still on maintenance , so there would be fixes regarding to that issue

I did not have any issue with the referral program. I only has an issue with amount being transferred to my personal wallet, which was later rectified by the team. Now, you have to complete 10x roll over before the amount gets transferred to your personal wallet.

wait what ?  you need to play 10x more during you transfer funds to the chosen wallet  ?  thats strange but what if you dont play 10x ?  will your withdrawals wont arrived  ?   or maybe you mean that you need to play 10x or your referal need to play 10x before the bonuses reflect on your account ? that seems correct because most gambling sites do also have that requirement  just to avoid the abuse of the bonus  and also referal system dont usually have a limit

You should read the part regarding their referral program in the announcement thread again.
You will receive 50% of whatever they earn from every person you refer.
The instant referral bonus applies only to the first 10 persons referred by you.
There is nothing to complain about here since this is how it's supposed to work.

I think they have stopped the referral program because some people have abused it. I agree with the admin's decision I hope this site can continue to live
