I agree with what you are saying but I don't see the urgency for this all to happen right now. I would like this to still take it's time to happen so we can all make more bitcoins before hitting the mainstream.
Right now for me I guess having more places to spend it would be the best thing. I am ok with the methods of buying it and converting it to fiat. I would like exchanges to be legally liable for their exchanges in the future and possibly even insured.

Yes it is because people are tired too in transacting in banks, falling in line in 2-4 hours for just paying bills, depositing or withdrawal, that's why when Bitcoin came a lot of people got interested and most of them have same reason and that is because they want change too as well as they want to invest in crypto for their future.

Im tired of banks owning my money and doing what they want with it. I would rather keep crypto and make interest off of it then let it sit dormant in a bank. I know im not alone and it is a reason much people use crypto and this demand only grows not goes down. Not having to deal with third parties is the best thing for me. Having privacy is huge for me too. Being able to earn something that can never be taken from me. You just can't beat that. Fiat cant compare. It pales in comparison in every way.
