Details :


I got a land in the North Carolina and it worth near 220,000$ that I can use as a collateral, I got a good credit in bank but bank gives it too late, I need a loan as 400,000$ in USD or any other Fiat currency that worth the same money in USD at most with the interst of 20% for 60 days, I am eager to travel in any country in Europe or any state in the USA to make the contract with a lawyer and all paper works, I need this money quick before I lose my house in court decision, Please contact me if You are eager or you know anybody or any other way so that I can have this loan, Regards.

That's assuming the "land" even exists and is actually worth that much, and before getting into the details of how you're gonna pay $80k in interest or how you have "good credit" if you're at risk of losing your house.

That's assuming the "land" even exists and is actually worth that much, and before getting into the details of how you're gonna pay $80k in interest or how you have "good credit" if you're at risk of losing your house.

I got a credit that I can use it to get a loan from Bank with lower interests , but I need it faster besides I am sure I can provide that interest with my property when it gets out of court seized, I'm eager to see the person face to face and make the contract in front of a legitimate lawyer, I just need this loan as fast as possible, this offer is still open .

If you have what the bank wants, regarding paperwork, collateral etc, then you will get the money in no time. Idk any bank to delay "loan funds"/ credit borrower's account if the loan request is fully covered. So something goes wrong with what you are saying...

Not to mention that you don't have any problem to go in another country to sign a contract but you can't wait the bank to give you a loan... Undecided
Btw if you have the property that you claim that you have, why don't you come up with an adjustment with the bank? The bank doesn't know what you have in your possession?

There are banks that give loans of 182% the value of the collateral?  I've never heard of such a thing.  I have great credit, but the best mortgage I can get from a reputable bank is 80% of the value of my property.  Maybe I can get 90% through an SBA loan, but I've never heard of anyone getting more than the property is worth.

That's just one of the many red-flags in the OP.

From where would you make such a fortune to return around $50000 within 60 days as interest?! That's like making around $1000 per day?! Something is fishy, very very very fishy here, dear sir. Contact a bank probably or some friends or family!

I am sorry for any confusion. English is not my first language. I have now got a friend with better English to help me with this post. There is no scam or mystery. The land exists and is situated in a small community area near South Bend, North Carolina. The actual land value is $225,000 but the other assets and fixtures on the land amount to over $500,000. It was not a simple foreclosure but a legal dispute about a working farm. The immediate 60 day loan would have allowed the court case to be immediately settled so that farm products etc could be released for sale and the loan would also be backed with a pending mortgage on a separate property within the USA worth over $1 million. I am sorry that my langauage did not allow me to explain all this first time around. Anyway, thank you for all your posts and input. The good news is that it looks like we have now found a private investor from another source so it has all worked out well.Thank you guys.
