and he is offering VCC cards and AdWords account Bla Bla Bla ,,
He talks to me and he said that there will be an instant delivery after completing the payment
4 day's later he didn't deliver, and he said some bad words on skype insulting me Why ? because i want a refund since I didn't get anything from him, He did not want to to refund me or deliver

I wanted to but an Adword +450$ threshold from him + RDP ...
and he ended up sending me a freaking Gmail account with a password LOL,
Please be careful with this man, He is a sick kind...

If he is on bitcointalk then you should provide his profile link so that it can be flagged.
Most of those virtual credit card services advertised by newbies around here are scams. You should avoid them otherwise they will keep scamming you until you open your eyes.
