I don't think Binance will recover that much, about the $ 23 value in the best case is what experts consider to be something I wonder and worry about. If so, it is really worth dreaming. 

We can't tell for now, CZ is known as an intelligent person and he's really after the price of it too, for sure he'll do something that will make the price grow more, and we can see how hard he's working on it and how he's expanding his Binance industry for not just only exchange but there's more in his head and we should watch out on it.

With the recent news concerning the tension between US and Iran, trading could not be the mainstream action people will do as a response to the scenario, it is quite a long term hodling will be possible so exchange coins such as the BNB will not be utilized too often or mainstream, because of the said long term action. 1) never trust anyone in this market, especially a person who owns the most popular exchange in this market.

im not updated regarding on this coin anymore but i remember the coin pumped so high last time   .

 its high was 23 usd  ?  or that is its lowest  ? either way  , bnb coin is more popular than compare to other coins out there so my expectation for this coin was also better than others that i dont recognized  . it can still recover and past its own ath if the owners of this coin manipulate its value  . they possibly can if not whales because binance was a big exchange  .

Keep in mind that the movement of coin prices depends on market demand, although BNB has potential because of the real platform they have, but if BNB demand does not increase it will be difficult to achieve the target price, therefore we must also see the potential if we want to do the target .
