Anything is possible to Binance, it can go even higher to $23 because it is the leader in the exchange industry and there is always demand in their coin because many projects want to do an IEO and they have a very huge supporters of traders and investors, it's the coin that you would want to be in your portfolio.

many want to do IEO on biNance, but the IEO binance team will choose the best to be able to market the projects listed. we don't see a lot of projects that get away with doing IEO in binance. some even after sales are also thrown out of binance exchanges. we can only wait for future updates, it might make an increase in price for BNB.

This is not ruled out. BNB is a strong coin in spite of its centralized nature.
As a TRON, the BNB has excellent marketing characteristics, which allows the coin to stay afloat on a single news background.

But one way or another, everything will depend on the level that Bitcoin will occupy.

I think that BNB and many more altcoins in the market have big potential to reach much higher heights than the previous ones. My reason is that a lot of individuals and implicitly big ballers as they name it are accumulating these cryptos and guess what will happen when the supply is diminished to a minimum and a restrict group own the majority of it? Op, just bear in mind that binance is an exchange, and BNB is a coin.  Based on how you worded the title of this thread, it would appear that there's some confusion in your mind and it's best not to spread that confusion to newbies.

I've no idea if BNB is going to get to $23 and if it does, when it's going to get there.  However it's currently trading at $14.77 per the cmc data and it wouldn't even have to double in price to get to $23.  So I think it's well within the realm of possibility that it *could* happen next year if the altcoin market in general starts to come back to life.  

Whether it does that or not also is a function of what bitcoin does, and my gut instinct is telling me that bitcoin is in for a good year in 2020.

BNB is the way it is today because the use case/value is no longer at its peak. Before now, you can get a ton of benefits for holding or trading BNB. As far as people were getting incentivized, the price went up. Remember the first 4 IEOs on Binance. Without BNB, one can't get on such IEOs – these IEOs were doing 10 - 15x.  But since the returns for IEOs reduced dramatically, people don't really see much need to have a BNB bag. Until CZ and Binance team finds a new use case for BNB.

I will not be surprised to be honest if the price bounce back to $23. This coin has been consistent to be in the top 10 and many altcoin investors still holds BNB because sooner or later the price will jump.

The good thing about BNB is that it is the backing of one of the most successful exchanges that we have right now and that along bring faith to this token, plus a lot has been going on from behind as all.

And sometimes, they are only self proclaimed experts. Even without them, you can have your own speculations towards BNB. And with how things are going, more than likely BNB will again attain that level or more than that. They are going stronger as crypto exchange. And the trust of crypto users is increasing as Binance is resolving their problems quick even with the hacking incident that they had been a while back.

I do not think so. Not having any issues regarding withdrawal/deposit is not enough reason to increase. There are other exchanges without such problems, but their prices are much lower than BNB. The steps taken by Binance are more important in this regard. There are still promotions to keep the BNB alive, but that is not enough. Follow the  CZ's next steps for this increase.

Binance coin had reached well over thirty dollars per coin and realistically, it can go to over twenty four dollars again but the market right now isn't looking favorable for price hikes until well after the Chinese New Year. Now holiday Season in the East and West is approaching, whales will b offloading a lot of crypto for Fiat to buy their festive toys. I doubt this year we will be seeing any major increases in the Binance Coin price, unless there is some spectacular event in its development that generates a pump, out of the seasonal debacle we are going to face within the next three months of dump fests that will occur in the cryptocurrency markets at large. Only time will tell, but the pump, from where I am sitting, looks a long way off right now and won't happen before the Spring of 2020.

The platform of Binance is outstanding, in fact it rises high this year before it dropped now like bitcoin and that's because of the development.
IEO is not obsolete, it is the new safer way of crowdfunding and we don't need hype just to be successful because people will be investing again as the market recovers.

There's a chance BNB could even surpass its ATH among the top 10 only bnb almost near on its price during the bullish season last 2017. Meaning they can survive a very down market though lots of investors pulling out from altcoin projects.

I don't think binance coin achieving $23 is a big deal. The coin rose to over $30 this year and we all know that the bearish trend is affecting almost all the cryptocurrency. In the bull run, binance coin could even surpass the targeted amount of $23.
