Do you ever trade at work or trade on your work computer? Any reason why you think this might be a terrible idea?
yes, in my opinion that's the worst idea, if employees in the company / office trade Altcoin at work / office, what else in this government is very bad to do it.

A professional does not involve office work with personal work.

I do trading at home never bring individual problems to the office, employees should serve the people who need it, instead we have to do our work in public places, we are paid by the government to serve the community.
Not vice versa, individuals do personal activities in the office that can harm many people, because the individual is not professional in sharing work time.

Yes because i will spend my most of the time at my office so don't get much free time to trade at home, and yes it is difficult to trade at your work  you have to handle both the work but Money makes me to do it.

Using an office computer for trading is risky. You could lose your job for this. Because all the office rules are without official work, you can not do any other work with the computer. On top of that you have to think about the security of your assets. If you login to an exchange account using a public network, then your account may be hacked there. I have seen many such incidents. And that's why I use the exchange mobile app on mobile phone when I'm at my workplace.
Agree, if you want to trade in the office you should use smartphone only, it's safer than trading using an office computer. But you also have to keep your work time in the office, lest your boss reprimand you for your negligence in trading. Trade when the break time comes.

Making transactions at work or on the computer is what happens to me often. This is also a way for you to save time. You can do the same to prove what I said. Moreover, when you invest in cryptocurrencies there will be no transaction time limit.

For me, I don't want to try that kind of idea. In my own perspective, if we try to trade at work it looks very difficult because in trading we need a lot of focus to make a plan and strategy before we trade, so that if we multi task it during a work time it would be a terrible idea. If we caught us in making trades in work hours our boss will getting mad because there's so much work must be prioritize before anything else. I suggested if necessary needed to trade, well do it at your break time not in work hours.

I do trade at work but I don't trade on our work computer. I do all trading on my personal computer or on my phone. One thing that can make trading on my office computer a terrible idea is that, I may not be there forever and the system is not too secured for my account details, it could be invaded by anyone and could expose my account to hackers. Why I could even trade at work is that I am usually alone in my office so, I have some privacy

Aside from it is very restricted for us to browse on the internet through our working PC, any means of communication to the outside is also prohibited when we are inside the working area so trading will be very impossible in my working PC. But I thinkif it is not strict , I will just visit the site or check the coin price only when I am not busy.
Instead of the computer, I used my cellphone in trading. It is OK and I do not encounter any problem yet

i've done it several times. but the problem is i have to connect internet from a general wifi of the office. that makes me feel uncomfortable. i don't know everybody in the office and it looked kinda risky for me.

Why would that be risky?

Unless your boss or your officemates are hacking through your PC or phone. To be honest, I am doing that at work but I am not always trading. I trade when it is my partner's shift but when it is my time, I just check the movement or the price changes that are happening. I think that is not risky since there are a lot of applications that you can use for that.

You just said most of the work is completed for the sake of cash I traded my business but the office computer wasn't ready to do so If there's tons of labor stress I take my laptop and check out to try to to the maximum amount time as I can. Like you  i can not do tons of labor at the office so I roll in the hay for the sake of cash unless I feel good back home.

Having a good background with your company first and foremost you will think about securities of your account, the possibilities that being exposed or being hacked by the network admin is very possible. Work computer is not yours personally and every IT guy can check it out without your knowledge
so be very careful especially traders who have a huge amount of assets to protect, it's always better to use your personal devices and have all the securities that you need to protect your money.

Yes, It's too risky. We should not do that. Even we should not visit any other site which is not related with official works. I did not done trading on any other official computer even I did not use any others mobile/pc to do trade. But I remembered one day I tried to login bitcointalk on a centre where I did a Course.

I never tried trading at work or while working, I just think I needed more focus while I am trading and definitely the workplace is not the perfect place for me.

You don't know what other people's thinking actually. There might be the evil users whose actually using your credential by using public wifi, that's wifi it's not recommended to actually enter your credential on public wifi unless it's trusted. There is always a risk on everything.

I think that is not risky since there are a lot of applications that you can use for that.
What applications are you using?

You probably don't know how easy it is to intercept packets that go through wifi. Read about packet sniffers.

Also you never know what people have been doing on computers at work. There can be some spyware installed and you don't want some random coworker to know your password.

What applications are you using?

I am talking about VPNs, there are a lot of them, I don't to list all of them.

Also, there are a lot of ways you can do to take care of your personal files or informations in your PC when you connect to wifi. From enabling firewalls to turning off your sharing capabilities. You don't need to limit yourself from this since that would also limit your profits. I know that alot of us are just taking care of it but this really depends on us.

I think it's a bad idea to trade where we work, because we will face some risks. As likely to be fired if caught by the boss, the use of
public wifi at work can cause our account to be hacked, usually the device at our workplace there are many viruses and malware, and when
trading will not be able to focus because our minds are divided by work in the office and this very dangerous can cause losses. So from that
I never trade at work.

First if you are in work that computer is property of your company and that is not yours and all you need to do on that computer is related to your work. But if you do that on your free time it's good but make sure use your own device not in your company device.

I don't know the protocol of the company about what is the limitation that you can do to your work computer but others traders who work for sure arw doing trade at work.

Yes, our main job responsibilities will never be best fulfilled when the terrible concentration of trading will distract us from the work around, the only thing we care about is the prices and numbers, and unfortunately, supervisors see such issues, that would be a critique and deduction of our salaries, future results can be the influence on job advancement. The most negative point here is that our assets may fall into a public state with this connection, this community connection allows hackers to attack too easily, so sometimes observing market volatility is possible, direct trading is not recommended.

Do you ever trade at work or trade on your work computer? Any reason why you think this might be a terrible idea?
Yes I used to trade at work but I have never used my work computer to do it.
I only use my personal computer and my mobile phone to trade  for security purpose.
I don't want to risk my account and money on it,
We couldn't be sure that the IT of the company wouldn't find it out if they check all of the computer and all of the browser history.
