For $400, I don't think that would put your life in danger unless you are living in a country where poverty poverty rate is high and that amount is so huge.
That amount in my country can be earn through their salary so even if you brag that amount, you'll not get harm.
Maybe around $10,000 or more, that would already put your life in danger.

But still, for some people who live in the poverty rate is high will be dangerous as you say. $400 is not too small or not too big to tell to other people but it still better to keep it for ourselves so no one will know about that. If we want, we can share that win money to other people who needed, and maybe we can also celebrate with family and friends too.

Whatever you earn is yours and as far as money is concerned, nobody becomes happy for you in game because everyone is competing against you. You better share gambling tips instead of the money amount that you won. Sharing it with your family is going to make them happy as they have are the ones who are always standing by you in hard times. Moreover I would personally like sharing it with poor ones as well because it gives satisfaction.

Sharing the tips will be better, so they don't ask about how much money we won but sometimes they will curious about that, and they will ask us. But for me, I think that will be my secret, and I won't let other people know how much money I won. I will share the money I won to the family, and that is something that I always did before. That's right, it depends on the country, and also on the particular place you are living in. I'm pretty sure you can get killed even for a lesser amount than $400 in poor regions, but not in a city where many people earn more than that monthly.

It’s not good to talk with strangers about our big gains as they can give us a harmful effect. If you have some close friends only then you should share about it as maybe they will give you suggestions but not in public place being gambler people will have to remain so reserved and always keep secrets about your earning from unknown people, there are so many people who remain in search of such people to attack them.

I would be cautious about the so called "close friends" as well. It's a common thing when people treat some others as their close friends while those guys are not. We cannot blame them because showing off is their blood. They know the risk, and as you said, they don't care if something happens to them. Maybe they already prepare for anything that will happen so they can have a way to prevent the bad things that might occur. But still, shows off will not be good for ourselves, and telling how much money we got from gambling is also not good. We should reduce the chances of being stolen by other bad people.

Well I don't think the issue here is about putting your life in danger but instead making others feel awful about their own life. When you win big just keep it to yourself and enjoy your gain then bragging about it to others, it can cause depression then lead to suicide. Making others feel bad about themselves when you achieve something big in your life shouldn't be a way of life instead be more supportive and give more to charity.

This is what seems right to me, people get so excited when they win they have no problem sharing all kind of details about the profits they have got, the problem is that you do not really know who may be hearing that information, most likely nothing will happen, but why risk it? It is better to remain silent about it that way there is zero chance that information is going to be used against you in the future, I know this could steal some of the fun of the game for some but it is necessary if you want to avoid unnecessary problems.

We must not talk about our big gains. The reason behind it is more or less the same as explained earlier. Most of the people think that you are trying to show off what you have earned. It is also possible that you become a suspect of an evil eye. So to keep yourself distanced from all these, one must not indulge in such activities of sharing their victories with others.

If someone is thinking that you are doing show off and while you are not doing this then do not care for these people and do not change your life mode because of these people while your other point is logical that someone may harm you if they will see that you have a huge gain. If they are in your local area then they may rob you or if they are online then they can do hack attempts on your PC etc. While if you keep your identity hidden then there are chances that no one can harm you.

Yes some people exist in our life who belong to this category and they use to show other people that how much they achieved in life and how much they earned but we don’t even know who is waiting for people like them. I still prefer not to talk about my major gambling profits because people will ruin it and easily make you lose it. I like to be cool and just tell a few people that they're so close to me that if they know later, they won't get upset. This is because people around you can have different reactions.
