My advice is not to brag about your winnings, it is the best way to keep your winnings safe. Safe from the bad people that want to take your winnings. Safe from the friends that want to ask you a little amount. Safe from the relatives or friends that want to ask you for lending them money.

I have those experiences with my friend asking me to lend my win money to them. But I don't give him the money because I know that the money will be used for playing gambling in the local gambling place. He lies to me that he wants to buy foods for his kids, but I know that he lies because I see that his wife is already buying and giving the meals to their kid.

That's right. Giving money to people is not always a good thing. Sometimes it makes their life worse than it was before. It's not that it's always bad, though. I was given some money to gamble with several times during the past years, and I haven't become addicted or anything. But: 1. I never asked for the money(which would be a red flag, obviously); 2. Those people knew me very well to know that they won't do me a disservice by giving me money to gamble(or buying me a ticket for a poker tournament). If a gambler is begging you to share your big win with him/her, after you told them that you won big, so that they could gamble with the money, it's better to not give it to them, and it's even better to not talk about your big wins with such people, in the first place.
