Scammer fake giving you 0.2 BTC with fake code, but then fake exchange asks you to first send them 0.01 BTC 'due to regulations'

What happened: A few days ago I got the following message from some random guy on Discord:

It's a SCAM! You have to pay them 0.02 BTC to become 'verified' so you can withdraw. You can imagine what happens after that. I don't feel like risking it.
