I think nowdays bounties are not too good idea to attract buyers/investors - there are many many hunters which got many accounts and spaming and are very annoying to normal users so they dont follow them. It make some crowd but investors doesnt use that channel because of big number of garbage projects.

I was an advisor for Investa ICO, they had a big bounty campaign running on Bitcointalk and this project is not a scam, only real business with multiple products that are already launched and during the ICO they didn't manage to get even a single investor form Bitcointalk forum. It was even hard to believe because in the bounty campaign there were thousands of participants.

My coin needs be exposure outside the bitcoin talk but where and how ?  People there when I watch threads in altcoin section only talk about TOP10 altcoins and nothing more...new coins are not attractive for them... even promised as our ;/

With the current situation of the market and how most Altcoins are not faring so well, I doubt that too many people would be interested in investing in the UVU token right now especially when the major exchange that it's listed on is Hotbit exchange, I have personally had a very bad experience with that exchange in the past although it could be seen as an honest mistake and that's why I didn't open a scam thread about it.

But if you want people to really pick interest, a signature campaign could garner short term interest but if you want long term interest and die hard supporters and investors, be consistent in whatever you do, deliver your product in time and follow your own roadmap, combined with a signature bounty Campaign, that might be quite effective in drawing investors to your project.

You must have a good product and community behind the project as the fundamental support for the project itself. You can attract anyone with it. Look at those projects are developing a proper product and they got big liquidity as the return caused by they have made a good product. product is the main aim from investors to see the platforms will be starting to gain the revenue from the market.
